  1. If you want a lift spacer machining up let me know. I can turn one up on my lathe. Its practically the same as moving the groove for the clip.
  2. Hi mate, yes i did thankyou! Managed to get in touch with him and hes checking his unit today. Fingers crossed he hasnt thrown it out
  3. As per the Title. Im looking for some uprated cams for my gte non vvti. Can be either used or new. Let me know what you have n how much you are after for them. Thanks in advance
  4. Hi mate, i have the full OEM Setup but the OS giken clutch kit used a larger release bearing and also has two m6 bolt holes in which the push pull mechanism bolts to. Thanks for the offer though.
  5. Ahh right, im in dire need of this part and would really like him to contact me. My phone number is 07867142954 if you can get him to give me a message or a ring. Cheers
  6. Hi guys, Ive got my engine on a stand and looking at doing some bits which not only make it more ascetically pleasing but help performance. I have a twin scroll s362-sxe turbo. I am going for a good street car / track car so response and spool is kinda what im after. Im after knowing if im going to see any spooling benefit or increase in spray pattern if i upgrade my injector rail to a mount behind rather than the stock mount through version and change the intake to a large custom body with the straight bodies to the engine. I currently have 800cc injectors with stock rail and stock intake. Cheers in advance
  7. Off the back of this, where are you guys getting your replacement screen rubbers from? Mine is perished so looking at replacing both front and rear. Cheers
  8. Ok, let us know the outcome. will be handy for people who could possibly have the same issue in future
  9. Do the shocks have the part number either stamped or on a label on them? Possibly shocks could have been packaged in the wrong box. If not then you may have to contact bilstein or where you bought them from and explain you need to know the size they are supposed to be to check if they are correct
  10. I wouldn’t have thought it would be a bad batch. Tolerance checking wouldnt let a rod go to assembly stages if the rod is over 1mm too long. Either its the wrong damper set or the springs are old and tired or wrong springs altogether
  11. Bleeding the dampers will not affect the issue he is having. They will still extend the same amount and compress the same. It will only effect the dampening performance withib the first 30 miles or so
  12. How old are the springs? Over time springs loose their elasticity (if thats the correct term) and could loose near 20mm of total length. Some of the springs on these cars can be near 20 years old so that could be your issue.
  13. Both supra’s i have owned have had aftermarket suspension so cannot comment on the standard spring compression. Pictures mean a 1000 words abd we need pics
  14. On an mot test, the front and rear are lifted off the floor independently. And items such as springs, shocks and top mounts are checked. If the spring is loose its not safe. This why some top end suspension has two springs. One as the main coil spring and a then a ‘helper’ spring which is used to take up the slack and keep the springs correctly seated when the wheels are off the floor
  15. Pictures would really help with this. Can you take a pic of the bits and we can work it out
  16. The spring should never be loose. It will fail an MOT like that as is not road worthy.
  17. Hi guys, I know this is a long shot, very long shot infact. I bought a clutch of budz86 and it is missing the clutch bearing release sleeve. Now it got sold with the gearbox. He told me it was someone off the forum but since that message two months ago he hasnt replied. So does anyone know who bought the gearbox? Would be a massive help. Thanks Andy
