Cheers for the mention Josh. From what i have come across over the past few years, there is only 1 bush size, But the facelift and pre facelift have different bush compositions, which make the pre facelift stiffer compared with the facelift (oem). Oem are not available anymore as far as i know which is a shame. Nearly all the bushes i fit nowadays are polybushes but i can source rubber oem style if required. -

How did the gas struts ruin the hinges? Intetested as i was looking at fitting some gas struts to mine.

I am interested in this, but what sort of money are we talking collectivley as an outlay for just the tooling, and then plus the minunum screen order? Are we looking a minimum of 100 of each? With like a £20k outlay? My other worry is having the space to house such amounts of glass safely.

Depending on Condition, you could reuse the front upper and rear ulper arm bushes as they come out without damage. There are companies who do oem type replacements but not identical to oem

Hi guys, Im after a brake master cylinder. Wanting one thats the 1" 1/16 diameter. It says either 1 or 1" 1/16 just under the fluid resivour for reference. Thanks Andy

Hi, I am after a Single camshaft (ideally a scrap one as i just need it for a mockup and measurements). Needs to be VVTI intake cam. Doesnt matter if its for a GE or GTE. Let me know if you have one. Thanks Andy

I will probably look into somthing like this in future. For now hopefully it allows people to get ABS back if they just have a faulty sensor or damage it during removal.

I havnt seen any with plastic front ones? Mine are all metal brackets
