  1. Autronic ECU, PHR Stage 2+, will be fully mapped by Leon Green and Mark Sheedy (I think thats his name), Currently running base map until 2000 miles, seems to run fine, no probs with colds starts etc.
  2. Hi everyone, I deperately need an EGT guage and sensor. My understanding is that standalone unitsare no longer available but someone somewhere must have one sitting on a shelf somewhere. All traders are welcome to send me details, all emebrs likewise if you have one, know where I can get one please let me know. Oreferably I would like a Greddy Guage, black face but any make will do as long as it has a black face. If I cant get this, I will have to sell my existing guages and upgrade to Deffi Guages and control unit. Help me please!
  3. I boxed when I was in the army and also done a bit of pro kickboxing and boxing, boxing is great, make sure you find a good club, try and find out the credentials of the trainer, unfortunately there are always guys who know nothing about training, techique or fighting and they open a gym after attending a bucshee ABA course. The only problem with boxing especially amateur is it focuses on scoring points (powder punches) and not really fighting (amateur rules I am afraid). Also if you plan to compete you will probably have to loose alot of weight as boxers mostly look drawn and underweight, they prefer you to be long a rangey rather that short and stocky. I boxed at Welterweight (under 67kg and am 5 feet 6inches, this was considered way to short, my younger brother boxes at Welterweight also and is 5 feet 10 inches, great advantage for him when we spar. In short find a good club, train hard and if you plan to compete, prepare to be hungry alot of the time.

  6. I have done this on both of my Supras, first time myself, second time when the newer car was resprayed. When I done it myself, got the painters to put a flexible additive into the paint, no problems, I hit a few speed bumps etc and no significant damage, just the normal what you would expect on any paintwork. Only difference was I had a FMIC so the lip was permantely down.

  22. Hello Mate I have a German Shepherd, these are great dogs, loyal, obedient, intelligent and great working dogs. I have two small children and the dogs gets on fine with them. The dog is protective of them and when we go for walks will keep an eye on the kids and not let them stray to far. As stated before, there is a risk getting a dog that has been rehomed, ask pleanty of questions, find out the history of the dog. Go and meet the dog and take the kids to meet the dog also, see how the dog reacts, is it shy, aggressive, does it approach you and the kids with no hesitation and is it friendly. I got my shepherd from a registered breeder when it was 12 weeks old so paid alot more. This is no guarantee that the dog will be sound but at least this way I met the breeder, met the puppies and met the puppies parents. I could assess the temperament of the puppy and then look at the dogs parents to see how they were, this gave me an idea of how he would turn out when he was grown. With kids in the house, their is always a risk, you need to educate the kids not to pull at the dog or poke it etc especially when the dog is new. Once settled the dog and kids will learn each other boundaries and dog should be more at ease. Just be aware with a rehomed dog, depending on the history, this could take much longer. Hope this helps
