1. Thanks everyone, tidied it up and am now off for a drive. I thought I would make the most of HOT, DRY weather. cheers
2. Come on people, where are all the guys wih the single installs, someone please check and confirm. The weather is nice and I dont want to take the Supra out if something is going to go POP
3. The silicone pipe is coming off one of the small metal pipes (see pictures above) looking at your explanation, this would then lead to the sequential turbos. I didnt know if the loose end had to be connected to the other small metal pipe to act as a return. hope this makes sense, hopefully someone with a single install will be able to check on there install and confirm
4. Jake I assume I can just pull the hose off then and dont need to cap it off or anything. thanks mate, you saved my life
5. Thanks Jake Can I forget about it, is there anyone will a single install who can check and confirm this for me.
6. Hi I was cleaning my engine bay today and I noticed that I have a hose that is connected at one end but it is not connected at the other. There is a pipe that it can connect ot but I dont want to do this until I am sure it should be on there. Unfortunately I did not carryout the install so I am not sure if this should be connected on a single install. I have attached some ppitctures, you will see the one end of the hose connected, and you will see a pipe next to this where the the other end of the hose could connect. Can someone please tell me what this is and should I connect the pipe. I am not sure if this is just a part of the old sequential system and is now redudant. The area is at the back of the engine bay down the left hand side as you look at it. Someone please help, pictures below
7. Mikey, with regards to the Fan shroud, I did'nt do it but a mate of mine did who has experience in painting. However all he did was as follows * Get the paint and bits * Apply plastic primer and wait to dry * Spray in base coat and wait to dry * mix a flexible additive into the lacquer and spray. * JOB DONE Please confirm this with others first as I would hate to give you teh wrong info. Cheers
8. Thanks, I think I will just leave the fuel cut off then. No need to program it, I cant see myself going above 1.4 bar on optimax anyway.
9. Hi Alex I think the cams are next followed closely by an uprated auto gearbox. I would like to say I would be done there but this addiction is biting.
10. Thanks Ian my knowledge is growing - slowly but surely. Just out of interest what approximate boost would I need to running for the boost cut to operate taking into account my current setup.
11. Sorry they are abit late but here are the dyno sheets of my recent conversion. Everything seems to be spot on and looking at my old dyno sheets that I had done when BPU. The BHP and Torque lines are at 0.85, 1.2 and 1.4bar. The delivery of power once I am above 2500rpm is quicker and much stronger. Was it worth the money - DEFINITELY
12. Thanks for the info Cheers

All excited

Hello Mate, I have just had the PHR Stage 1 kit fitted on my supra by Leon at JPS. I am running at 1.4bar and it is very very impresive. Here are some pictures below IMG][/img]
14. Hi everyone, I have a PHR stage 1 single turbo that is set up on the emanage. I am currently running 1.4 bar but i have noticed that the fuel cut parameter has not been set up. Would I be right in saying that running a single with bigger injectors (PE 650cc) I do not need to set a fuel cut. I have obviously not hit the fuel cut but I was wandering why I dont need to set this. I had the emanage on when I was running stock twins and 440's and the fuel cut was set. Why is it different on the new setup?
15. Cool, hope to meet you soon John. Cheers
16. Why dont you talk to Leon at JPS, he has just fitted my PHR Stage 1 Kit. Top quality but I am not sure if they do anything for the Soarer. Have a word with Leon, he is a PHR Dealer.
17. Hi Alex Leon supplied the heat shield so I have no idea what it is made of but he can and does supply more. Leon mapped the car at thor's so I am sure they worked on it together but I am not sure. Also I will post up the Dyno sheet tomorrow. cheers
18. Not sure mate, have you got one on your kit and are they worth it. I have a heat shield protecting teh brake fluid and am looking to get something fabricated for the air filter.
19. Not much happens below 3000 revs but from then on, it really picks up going from 200lb of torque at 3000 revs to 436lb of torque by 4200revs. It is alot quicker than BPU and I have only been at 1.1bar so far, more road testing to come.
20. Leon mapped the car, it was 470 at the hubs which is about 566 at the flywheel (17% transmission loss) so I am pretty sure I have a genuine 500bhp - The turbo is a PHR GT60
21. Hi everyone, I collected my Supra from JPS yesterday after having a PHR Stage 1 fitted. The work I had completed was as follows PHR Stage 1 Turbo Kit P.E 650CC Injectors HKS Super Sequential BOV HKS Type R Intercooler Mocal Oil Cooler Mocal Transmission Cooler Oil Temp Guage and AEM AFR Guage and sensor Hose Techniques Kit Mapping of Emanage Full service, all the fluids etc The car has been mapped at 1.4 bar by Leon and made 470bhp and 435lb torque at the hubs. I have really had a chance to road test the car fully but at 1.1 bar it is alot faster than when I was BPU. Here are the pictures [img]http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y158/benandjoe/DSC00143.jpg[/iM
