  1. Emirates for me too. I flewvia Dubai to Australia with them. Certainly no grumbles from me. I've flown on a fair few of the other carriers you mention too.
  2. I wouldn't go near it dude. Too many things to hide, impact on resale value etc.
  3. You could see how long you can have sex with your missus before she wakes up/notices. It's a great game, I can go for hours. She is a deep sleeper though
  4. PMSL! It has got some wicked MMS templates, funky music and everything
  5. What were you having done to it that 2.5 years though? Looks nice anyway mate.
  6. That's because you will become a member of a club and not just a forum. Being a club member entitles you to certain discount schemes, club cards, entry to club parking at events/shows etc. For £10 and the ability to access the information contaoined on this site and the helpful members it's worth every penny.
  7. One of my all time favourite cars. Impossible to tell solely from pictures, but the spec and build of the car does look impressive.
  8. Which one? The TT or the NA? Where did you see them?
  9. How about the fact that you'd be wasting your money because you drive like a girl? Why are you getting rid of your car dude? PS - I'm not coming I don't like any of you
  10. Its the cheapest way to lighten your car into a track day weapon. Migght need some new alloys though
  11. Oh yeah baby thats what I'm talking about! Show me the love
  12. You get a lot of attention form eBay. You don't even have to sell it on there, just put it up on a long listing and wait for the emails. Sold both of mine recently that way. Very nice example dude, hope you get what you want for it.
  13. I know that, but he said he was only really intereted in the skirts. If he has £400 to spend and only wants the skirts go to Paul of Gaz. Things are generally sold cheap for a reason, I hope you prove me wrong though.
  14. For the record I would have the new Boxster (I wouldn't pay £30k odd for one though) I think they look great. I don't like the old ones at all though. I am a massive Porsche fan am looking forward to the day I get my hands on my GT2 or even GT3. Whilst I love Supras and think they do have dateless styling and a 'cockpit' style dash, the car is 15 years old and is getting a little on the old side now. For a cheap, fun drive, it's the Supra all the way though. If I had 30K I wouldn't buy a Supra and spend 20K on mods. I don't actually know what I would buy, but that's not the point. We are all Supra fans and love the cars, but we shouldn't assume that's how everyone else wants to spend their money. Each to their own and all that.
  15. Speak to Paul E. I'm sure he does these for cheaper than that.
  16. Im in too. 'Cunning Stunts' I have run our work one on here for the last couple of years, its a right laugh
  17. We go round in cirlces. I obviously wouldn't drive like that. But neither would anyone in the UK. How does that explain why the scoop is there? If you're going to say German Autobahn, why didn't they only put the scoop on German cars and save the money on the rest of them? Becasue there's a chance another European could be driven in Germany? What about the import market from Japan? If this was a problem they would have added the scoop to the cars knowing that alot of them get imported to the UK/Europe. Ahhhh, fcuk it
  18. Okay, thats obviously it. I'll stop driving my J-spec in case the engine cracks then. I give up with the whole scoop thing.
  19. No. I want people to stop guessing that it's a performance/cooling modification and provide some evidence if they are going to insist that it is. I don't want to know how much cooler it is either. I can't see from my posts how you got that impression. I bet they did do R&D, who knows? Maybe they just decided to put one on for the Euro market beacuse they thought us Europeans would like it, who knows? I think it's more a question of demographics rather than R&D.
  20. Alex, you miss my point. I don't care why it's there. I don't like it and wouldn't have it on my car. Aesthetics, cost, legislation and speed limits are your guesses why it has, or hasn't been added. What I have been questioning is all the performance/engine cooling claims that are crap. Despite your original post and a handful of others, everyone has said its for extra 'required' cooling. As a blanket statement I said 'prove it'. I don't have the answers to why it was added, but I would bet an awfulk lot of money that it's not performance/cooling based.
  21. The reason I kept asking questions was because people kept offering comments as if they were proven facts about why the scoop was added. I don't beleive the unjustified offerings we've been given so far, none of you can prove one way or the other, so why offer pointless speculation diguised as factual information? I don't really care why it's there, but I will express adjective opinions to babble. Toyota, in a large majority of instances, don't know their arse from their elbow, phoning will get you nowhere. As for people posting in the thread complaining about it and asking it to be locked down, don't read it if your that bothered about it. What is pathetic is posting in a thread to say how pathetic you think it is. Grow up or fuck off. Good idea.
