  1. Yeah it's 1 of my 2 favourite shows to be fair, it's always really well organised. It's usually at Stoneleigh Park, so this time it's a bigger venue for them
  2. Yeah I'm there, turning up to place my car there on the Saturday! I only live around 40 mins away though so won't be staying the night unless me and the Mrs book a hotel before then!
  3. Anyone doing Japanese Performance Show this year? It's at Telford International Centre this coming Sunday (29th). Show and Shine is still open for entry and tickets are still available at the moment as well! I know there's a few of us going currently who don't use the forum so much anymore
  4. All sorted! The issue lay with incorrect TPS positioning and a faulty Fuel Pump Ground. Decided to take it out after putting all of the bodywork back together and Interior back in, and ended up 3.5 hours away near Ipswich seeing mates for the weekend. Got to have faith in your work right
  5. Bit more progress, idling from exactly 1.5k to 2.8k and repeating the process like clockwork has been sorted and I'm now left with the car idling around 1.5k to 1.8k, so think I need to now just adjust the setpoint to bring the idling down! Need to test that tomorrow and see how it takes it. Hopefully it'll be the end of all of this now though!
  6. Update... Car now starts and runs without revving itself to the limiter, Throttle response is also back to normal. However the car perfectly revs from 1.5k to 2.5k revs constantly in perfect timing periods. It's VVTI and Drive by Wire. Anyone ever seen anything like that or had that issue that could steer me in the correct direction before I start taking more things apart again to investigate? Still progress in the right direction though, slowly getting closer by each day haha
  7. Sorted it, been testing through gradually to alleviate potential issues. 2 cables hadn't been extended to a live, which used to go to the Alternator. However, now upon starting the car, the engine revs immediately towards the limiter; so I've another issue to hunt down. Getting closer though!
  8. Fault finding... I've relocated the battery, fuse box and small relay box from the drivers side all to the boot (1998 Tiptronic TT). I've been meticulous moving it all and tracking every cable and once finished I have no power to the Dash. There's power to the inner upper light, and there's power to the Fusebox I relocated. There's also 12V power to the Starter and alternator as I've ran new cables to these from a Distribution Box and checked with a Multimeter. Most likely I'm not getting power to the ECU in the footwell? Think I'm also getting no power to the fusebox in the Drivers Footwell. How's best to check for these? All Earthing and cables seem to be fine but I'm guessing I could be missing a vital earth somewhere. Any ideas what to start checking first? Trying to preemptively get some ideas before I trawl the wiring diagrams... Cheers!

  10. Hi mate, I've been assured they've been transferred over already, however it definitely wouldn't hurt to drop them an email and ask!
  11. If anyone that is intending to come still and rebooting, or even those booking from scratch could drop a message below that would also make my life easier cheers all!
  12. That's the way to do it! Thanks for putting the info up mate. If anyone knows any of the people on the 1st post on a personal level would you mind dropping them a message letting them know about the rescheduling of this event, worried a lot of people aren't seeing this info!

  15. Spoken with them last week and they have got back to me today. They have suggested Sunday 18th October
  16. This is something I've wanted to attend for years yet always somehow seem to end up either working or busy. I'd love to be involved as I've actually managed to catch it early this time! Do you take applications towards a spot at the show on the Supra stand or how do you work it? Thanks, Sam
  17. Still for sale. If someone comes and collects this coming weekend I'll do it for £150
  18. Finally had a couple of free weekends where I managed to fit all the Carbon on! The diffuser was a bit of hard work and problem solving but I managed to fit that without cutting away an area for the backbox to protrude through as well. Had a proper shoot for the car as well but I'll be waiting on those images and videos for a couple weeks.
  19. Ahhhh the Ridox Style Air Diverters. I used to like the look of those, not so keen anymore. Don't think I could bring myself to do anything that would compromise the bodywork permanently on this, seriously proud of how clean it is haha. The diffuser I'm planning on mounting in a way that doesn't mean drilling the rear bumper as well, going to take some good pre-planning and supports; if anyone reading this has managed it without drilling the rear bumper, and without the use of spats please drop a comment!
  20. The long bits are side extensions! They actually connect to all of the bolt holes that are already there holding the plastic trim in place
  21. Carbon front lip, completely unused as I have parts from TBT that have arrived. Intended to run it on the front bumper until all of the carbon from TBT arrived, however I never got around to lacquering it or fitting it. Was from GRAMS and needs lacquering as they come without. £160 on collection. Due to the shape and size of it, it will need collecting from my address, which I can provide via PM once someone is serious about collecting. I am within Shropshire
