This is also a very good point. Find something that you enjoy exercise wise, else you won't stick to it long term. I HATE the gym, but loved running so that was my thing. Now I'm old and broken I walk instead.

Yet we both obsess over Maxwell's Once you're in a routine you'll smash it, the difficult part is being consistent and keeping that up long term.

Yeah, forget powders. Eat clean. Only a small percentage of people actually need stuff they can't get from proper food. You mention meal prepping - perfect. Stock up the freezer with meat and veg stews so you can grab one if you get caught out and haven't been able to freshly prepare something.

I was wondering about that, but seems not many people are even on here. Maybe I should post on the FB page too... although I might do that after the decision is made. I'll have a look if I can add a poll to this now...

I didn't say it was a good thing, or that other social media was better in all respects, but I do think that is what has happened. Accessing this forum via your phone is horrible, whereas Facebook for example, is perfect and has so many more features. Booting up a computer and sitting in front of it just for forum access is never going to be as popular. I want the forum to stay, and be like it was 10 years ago.

Ahh yeah sorry I hadn't posted the tyre tread ones to avoid confusion, the band will be plain. About £45 I think (original post updated) as it depends on which we go with etc. Just need a majority vote on which to go with.
