Hi all, Can any club members offer any advice on what may be causing a a leak from the pipe in the attached photos. It’s quite a bad one, but I can’t work out what the pipe is. It looks like it’s just press fitted? I can’t find any tech Info searching the forums, but ahead of taking things off I’d like to order any parts / gaskets I might need. It looks like it’s escaping from the pipe from the bottom of the rad, at the end closest to the manifold

Will the silicate free ethelyene glycol based Halfords stuff do?

Hi all, Just on a long journey and notice my coolant reservoir is virtually empty. I’ve found a Halfords: what coolant can I get from there please that would be suitable? Do you refill at the reservoir at the front of the engine bay, or into the radiator please? The internet has confused me. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for all the help on this thread guys!!! Just changed the pads and discs- one completely seized slider pin. With the look of the disc- clearly the cause... eventually came loose, and a lot of work later, now completely free. Btw- comline discs were pretty cheap, but very nice quality. The rears next!!!!!

I found this little rubber chap on wish.com. Very cheap but I’ve just used it and it was very robust and perfect recess for the sill jacking points. Just to protect those sills!!

Thanks for that- I don’t have a run out gauge unfortunately. When you say pivot the caliper away from the pads; does the piston section come out first? I thought the pads were in the callipers? Sorry if I’m being thick.

Can you help? I have a brake judder through the peddle and not the steering wheel in a Jspec NA. Both front wheels off and I have a rubbing noise on about a quarter of the passenger side when spun. I’m guessing a warped disc. Also the pad seems to be wearing more towards the outside of the disc, and less towards the centre. On the same wheel I also have a brake pad impression on the disc- pic below. Firstly, would these symptoms suggest a warped disc, but also what could have caused the pad impression? Hi all, I’ve found a lot of online part suppliers which refer to two power outputs for the SZ between 1993 and 2002: 223 bhp & 228 bhp. How could I distinguish which mine is? I’m ultimately looking for brake discs for the rear, and I can find a ton of options, but can’t be sure they fit. Not looking to upgrade, but OEM ones seem pretty steep. Any general advice also appreciated... Thanks in advance

When you say OEM speaker pods, do you mean the housing currently on the door? Is that the pod? And you have mounted a ring on top of that to to allow a different speaker to be screwed in? Sorry for the noob question, but I was wondering if I could just affix a ring on top to get past the 3 screw set up.

Hi, I’m after some of the simple MDF brackets like those there are templates for on the forum. Long story short is it would be far more costly, and inconvenient for me to try and make them. Wondered if anyone had some made up I could buy? Thanks

Thank you, and I certainly do. I need to get a brake judder sorted, unsure what that is at the moment. I then want a respray in the current colour to sort all the little paint issues. New mirrors, as I don’t like these much- I’d like some stock ones. Then, engine time- I’ll look at the options, but maybe the TT route.

Hi All, After a good few years away from the club and Supra Ownership, I posted in 2017 as was looking to import another one. A couple of years on, I am now looking at it properly. Need some help please? I'm after an SZ or SZ-R around '93 - '96 Manual. relaxed on colour. Can anyone give me an actual example of a recent car (as above) imported and total cost? I've been looking speculatively through Providecars.jp, but they don't seem to be able to give me recently sold car prices by their clients. also any recommendation on UK companies who members have used and had good experiences with. I was looking at a sub £10K budget (I hoped well below). Thank all
