    Hi all, help appreciated. I have water collecting in the left side of the boot. I’ve repeatedly saturated the boot lid and the channels and they are sound- there is no spoiler to worry about. But, if I remove the rear left light and saturate behind it, a stream of water appears and runs into the boot. I just can’t see where the gap is it’s coming in. Any thoughts? It’s clearly this area, but just can’t find the gap. thanks stuart

    Thanks guys- I think I probably stand the best chance now. I’ve got 4 spare dust boots in case. sandblasting and painting this week, so I’ll prob reassemble between Xmas and the New Year. really appreciate the advice cheers!

    Thanks- @mc92 sorted me out a set of J-spec ones which I’ve started refurbing. Big thanks to him!! with the dust boots, does the piston go in before or after the boot is on? The retaining clip is on the inside, and can’t work out which way would be best?

    Thanks. And I can quite believe that- I currently have the mechanical skills of a carrot, so have been really trying to upskill.

    Hi All, I'm looking for a cheap set of front calipers to refurb. I've always wanted to have a go and wondered if anyone had a beaten up set they want to part with? Ultimately they'll replace a set, but this is more of a personal project. Not looking to pay too much for them. Anything considered - Thanks guys

    Complete set of dial rings I have just removed from the car, Silver in colour - I believe they are aluminum. Good condition. There is a little residual glue which may need cleaning from the back of a couple, but otherwise no issues. £25.00. Or happy to take any reasonable offer if someone wants them? Postage: should be about £4.00 (I think large letter will suffice) Or collection from the Cambridge area

    Hi Chris, Thanks for the reply, I missed the notification somehow - sorry. Good heads up - I'm sensing bushes, but it is also sitting on large wheels so that may not help. Ta

    Hi all, ive got a mixture of symptoms, so can’t find an answer from previous posts. My steering is a little twitchy at low speeds- it veers to the left slightly, and feels a bit vague and light- it has been aligned and left the garage ok in that respect, so not sure there. at higher speeds it feels the same but seems to need little adjustments to keep the car in a straight line ( only minor adjustments but more than it should) it sort of mixes symptoms from other posts, but my closest idea is bushes. Any thoughts?

    Hi all, I have seen a few brand new oem supe parts for sale on eBay and the like, and trying to work out if any parts are still manufactured. I thought I saw a thread on here but can’t find anything. I sense I will need a good few suspension parts soon, as well as other bits. Just trying to work out what I can get; New, as new, and what will have to be used. Anyone able to help? ta

    I had offers on eBay for £700 & £650 to give an idea on price, but a lovely young chap contacted me from Wales after the Facebook post and really wanted them and but couldn’t go too high. Sold them to him for £550. He’ll be joining the owners club soon too after I told him about it which is great! Had a chap in the Middle East offer a bit more, but wasn’t sure about that one....
