  1. If I had to choose of that lot, #4 for me.
  2. Can absolutely assure you that in 1997 there was a Limited Edition "anniversary" Supra. I am pretty sure it was marketed in the US only.
  3. Ouch, never heard of that one. Dosent suprise me though..lol.
  4. Been asking myself the same question for years since I have lived here. Its a great discussion topic with my British friends over some beers. Plain and simple, there are way way too many fat cats soaking up all your tax money and getting two things in return... 1)Jack 2)Sh!t
  5. Funny enough, looks like the UK isnt the only one proposing Fuel Strikes. http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/invest/extra/P84051.asp?GT1=3391
  6. Gotta remember Bobbeh.. its all relative. The US can bitch all it wants because petrol prices have risen equally on both sides of the pond. Dont hate cause we arent stupid enough to pay 86% taxes on it! I can remeber only 6 years ago or so that fuel prices were under $1.00 a gallon across the US. So, of course people are gonna be pissed they are paying 120% more now.
  7. Yea, that car was badass.. but didnt any of you think that hypnotism (sp?) was a tad scary!?
  8. I seriously never understood the point of "Fuel Strikes" in the UK. Whats it supposed to prove? We dont buy petrol on the day, but hell.. the day prior everyone and their mother is filling all their vehicles! This is supposed to hurt the industry how?
  9. These reports for the GTR are also available in the US. They had to go through the same tests to import from Japan. No one ever bothered with the Supras though!
  10. Flooring a Supe in the wet? Nuff said..lol. Take care of it man!
  11. No no no! No groupbuys... no one buy em. Its ugly! yes.. yes.. thats it! No one else think of em.
  12. Its just like the C-west front bumpers thats about $800 in the US and about 1200 pound over here.
  13. Here's a great read from Dusty @ MVP Motorsports.
  14. Is your probe in the DP or header?
  15. Just a guess, but more sidewall? Its a lot tougher than the tread (width), so prolly has more weight to it.
  16. AFAIK, youre screwed!! Go single.
  17. Thing I really wonder about is where everyone drives their Supras to the limits for this "handling" etc. Some of you must have some interesting commutes to work! I dont think most people's are track cars so who gives a crap about the marginal differences..lol. Nearly all my aggressive driving is done on a straightline motorway putting BMW drivers in their place. I have yet to go blasting through twisties chasing down a victim.
  18. I would agree to a point with this statement. I think he was adressing the blanket statement that 17s > all for handling, hence Toyota using them.
  19. So many variables Terry with width. Offset vs rim width? Closest to stock tyre height? Aspect ratio? etc etc etc
  20. Exactly. Back in early / mid ninetys, how many cars did you know that had 18s.. let alone 19s. Not only manufacturing costs, but consumer costs as well. Big rubber isnt cheap! $$$$
  21. This whole post gives Deja'vu! Whats it been... 1 month since this subject was covered in its entirety? LOL
  22. You need atleast a wideband O2 sensor and ideally a rolling road to set your AFR's. Thor is set up really well for this. Call me for details Dave.
  23. You want it simply fitted or tuned as well? There's a big difference there.
