Starting taking the underside bits off today as the plan over the winter is to complete renew the underside , waiting for some bits and bobs from Japan so thought I would do a test on bilt hamber detox c as heard good things can already see it working from just putting a few nuts and bolts in. Didn’t go to town rubbing back the towing point to see what the product does on it own IMG_6003.MOV will update with results asap

Finally some nice weather finished the interior off added the new fitmint automotive matts all around, been dying to get them in for mouths. New trd style dials went in and the refinished dash went back in with some new bulbs too , also both seats now in

Before I put the dash back together need to sort out some bulbs as some of the buttons are dim. Does anyone know the parts with the blow speed and temp what is supposed to light up ? I get a light indicating what position the blow/heater is at but that’s it. and can only find pictures and led kits lit up and I’m not looking for that look. thanks

No worries just take loads of time with the sanding I used a range from 800-3000 grit paper to get the best finish before painting, then don’t put to much paint on at once

I will take a pic of the paint and will put the painted panel next to the new gear surround from the manual swap, to me they look next to identical

Working on the interior over the winter, giving her a tidy up in a few places to make her perfect. filled in old holes in dash and new paint, took some time to get it right but I’m really happy with it came out looks like new
