Sold to a good home. Staying in the UK

SOLD Make: Toyota Model: Supra NA Aerotop Year: 1995 Facelift: No Mileage: 141,760 MOT remaining: September 2025 Service history: Partial Car's location: Berkshire Modifications: -Aftermarket Superlite 18" wheels and tires -OEM calipers painted in red -K&N aftermartket intake -Celica steering wheel (have the OEM with me but is in bad shape) -Seats are OEM but it has different leather with blue inserts -Rear facelift tail lights -Aftermarket exhaust -Aftermarket Pioneer headunit -Lip spoiler on-demand controller -Aftermarket Supra spoiler Good bits: - Aerotop Black Supra - Cars has been garaged both by me and the previous owner, the battery is always on a CTEK charger - - It is in excellent condition, both underneath and on the outside - Classic car insurance rates - 12 months MOT - Driver's electric mechanism in working order It always gets positive comments from people, and kids continually ask for it to be floored/revved. Up to you to consider whether this is a positive thing or not but it speaks volumes of its condition. Bad bits: - It is Not a TT Supra, but if it was it'll be £40K if not more - The A/C doesn't work, there is a leak in the system. To repair it the whole dash needs to come off and given the rare use, I rather just take the roof off. - Being an aero top, the roof does leak, this is common on all of them but givens its use on sunny days it didn't bother me. - The paint has some marks, but for being 29 years old is very good. Hopefully the photos do it justice but can supply more. Just ask. PRICE: Sold Please PM for contact details or to know more about the car. No silly offers. I am not in a hurry to sell

The link to buy it from the club shop doesn't work anymore

Hi, given sold prices of Supras in the US even RHD ones are significantly more than in the UK, I am toying with the idea of exporting mine to the US, get it registered there and sell it via bring a trailer or ebay Is there a company that people have used or would recommend me contacting ? thanks

I think the rule was in place last year too but I remember that they allowed us with Saturday tickets only to park with the stand, we were lucky as we convoyed in and followed some that were camping. I suppose they only care if you got Friday only tickets as you could camp there for the price of one day but Saturday they don't as people have to leave at the end of the day right?

Sorry, hopefully I am still on time

That's sort of the ball figure I expected. I assume it was in a very good condition. Mine is too

SOLD 1994 U.K. spec single turbo built manual
MrGRT replied to Crash Bandicoot's topic in Supra Classifieds
Adding to the comments. I don't know you but the big C is shit news, I hope you have a quick sale (sounds like a very good car for the money) and get an amazing holiday booked. Good luck -
GR86 at least it is "meant" to be a 2+2 and has excellent reviews. For me it would suit the bill.

8 months and counting There is another advertised since Jan which I am not bothered to link. And a few on pistonheads.com that have been there 3 months.
-
You won't sell in that case. Just look at those advertised here for months which are cheaper than one imported and don't sell
-
Difficult to assess your car without more details but at least now you know the floor or the get out of it quick value
-
They mainly or should I say only post in Facebook and Instagram.

I would sell mine, not at the moment as what I fancy is not yet obtainable. I sold one and have not regretted it. I have seen prices stalling and in fact I just seen one that has been reduced by 2 grand. From 65k to 63k and I reckon that won't be enough. People keep talking about rising prices but I haven't seen that in the last 6 months.

I got a 3 year old, don't mind the gearbox but the space in the back and how safe the vehicle is in a crash is what matters , supra being terrible for side impact. I have thought about these: 997 911 onwards, jag xkrs, lexus ISF or RCF, M2/M3/M4. Possibly the 911 for me but I dread its maintenance costs. I can see us in a RCF

Now on auto trader for £34k
-
Ended up with only the one bid. That's pretty bad, the car was advertised in pistonheads so you would expect it to draw a crowd but I guess being auto didn't help it.
-
Hi, another car in auction. Due today, currently only one bid for £20k Auction JDM Auto TT So, how much would it go for?
-
I don't get why this is bargain honestly. I see a car that was sold to the highest bidder and people on this forum discussed it way before the auction ended. You would think that if it was a bargain a bidding war would have ensued as punters would then try to flip it. No point having a car advertised for 6 to 12 months to extract a few £ks more if that's not what the demand is saying.

Hmm. I don't know if the sold price was low. £33k for a questionable 26k mile UK auto supra. Vs A £45k 78k miles in very good condition UK auto supra that hasn't sold. Vs A £40k 118k miles very good condition UK single turbo auto supra that hasn't sold in a month. To me it seems about right?? With these cars we pay for their condition not their miles.
