  1. Hi, Just paid for 2 via paypal, office wall wouldnt be the same without it.
  2. Unfortunately he doesnt have anything, i asked him. I know he has and still does alot for the Supra community so i'm not really complaining about him, but it seems all the supra pictures on his ebay adverts are out of date, or he doesnt want to chop up a shell for parts. I am expecting to have to fabricate the parts. Maybe i will start a build thread.
  3. Door now sourced. Just need to see if anyone knows about a shell to get the sill bits from, though I am expecting my repair guy to be able to fabricate a replacement. It will all be pretty much hidden under the side skirt and sill protector.
  4. I had those off, cleaned up and hammerited a couple of years back.
  5. The chassis rail underneath is still straight. I can open the door, and as i need to drive it to get away to be fixed, i havent forced it open yet. I drove it home after, and tbh, you could tell anything had happened. Still drove straight, no vibration or noises.
  6. Need a drivers door (RHD) and sill section Anything considered, and I would prefer if it can be shipped to Aberdeen.
  7. Hi guys. Parts are available from USA (see ebay) , did mine last winter. This guy knows his stuff and i just followed his process and rebuilt mine, not for the faint hearted but perfectly do-able. How To Rebuild a Toyota W58 5 Speed Transmission - Part 1 - YouTube The real PITA was it still is still noisy in neutral.
  8. I sold them on to the person who asked for them, never got any feedback, so either he never used them, or fitted and all has been good.
  9. Last year my son could use online services to get temporary insurance for the supra(NA) for the weekend etc. This year he wants to take it out, and no one will do it anymore, one quoted that it was considered a classic and not what they cover. I tried my own insurance with Perfromance Direct (annually £152, this year FYI) who declined to provide quote despite a raft of we cover sports/modified/young driver/ etc etc on the website. Anyone got any ideas on how to crack this. An annual policy for himself is £900 which he just cant afford.
  10. Hey All, I am looking for a TRD style wing. Anything considered.
  11. I have now completed the install and up[loaded the footage onto youtube here
  12. I just bought a roll of pipe, fittings and a flaring tool off ebay. Made them up myself, anyone with a bit of mechanical skill can do this. Some of the original was ok, so i left that.
  13. Nope, my brake lines are ok, they have already been replaced, and flexis at the wheels switched out to braided lines.
  14. Ok, got myself a new gopro the other week, will try and film it.
  15. Yep thats the guy. Found and ordered thanks
  16. Hi, I keep seeing the ad for the braided fuel lines kit when I don't need it. The supra has sprung another leak this winter, so it time to replace these things. Can someone send me the link to the kit. I have searched but just can't find it. Cheers
  17. Hi guys, I am about to strip my W58 to renew the noisy idle bearing, seals etc. Is there anywhere in the UK that can supply these before I go to Amayama. I cant imagine Mr T will be competitive on prices, but will check once I have stripped down to see what i need. Also need the rear crank seal and pilot bearing for the GE. Thanks.
