I'm just waiting for things to come up mate, even if i spend 18k on a single turbo that needs small TLC i can spend the extra 2k making it EXACTLY how i want, instead of buying one for 20k that i want to change?

Still nothing around? Upped my budget to 18k but it has to be really good condition I don't mind a single turbo either

I've found a supra I like but it may fall through due to a few issues (hopefully it doesn't) but I'd like to have a back up, if this ones not sorted by end of this weekend I'll be buying the backup

Hi There i recently posted a wanted post for a UK Spec TT6, But after talking to insurance again i can get insured on some import TT6's so if anyone has one for sale? my budget is 18k. I'd prefer a single turbo manual as well! Post what you've got or what you've seen! I've requested the other thread to be closed. Thanks Nicky.

Yeah was driving it for 2 months, was amazing experience, you probs seen it, plate was Y44 GTR + i'm from harlow/brentwood. + j_jza80 i spoke to them today and admiral said that if they can't find the reg plate on the system and insure it as a normal supra then they will honor it for a year as it is there own mistake

believe or not the insurance on the gtr at 19 was 180£ a month so just over 2 grand a year with 1 year no claims when I used it

Bare in mind my renewal went up a lot on my s14 they wanted 3500£

I'd only be paying 2600 this year, next year I done a quote for if I was 20 with 3 years and it's 1500 then 21 4 years no claims is 1100

Well like I said though I don't see how they will know the difference as I tried to insure an import with the reg plate but they said it doesn't come back on our system so I'm guessing they would never know?

Mines 2600 at 19 with 2 years no claim

It's not about saving in insurance costs mate it's just as simple as they will insure a uk spec but won't even insure me on an import till 21

Haha yeah spoke to that guy he seems like a tit, won't answer any questions, just tells you to come down a view it. Speaking to keron at the moment, seems like i'm in safe hands with him.

Hi Everyone, i'm after a supra tt6 uk spec, i don't mind if its modified or manual converted. But due to insurance it cannot be an import as they don't take to kindly to that. If anyone knows of one or is selling one, i'd be very interested, my budget is 16000, if the car is in good nick. Currently have an S14 drifter i'm selling so if someone does want to trade + cash your way obviously, inbox me. Thanks, Nick
