As some of you may know i have been planning a single conversion for my car. Unfortunately, due to a circumstances I have decided to keep it on twin hybrids, so i will have a lot of high quality parts coming up for sale. I am starting with the fuel system, which was designed for higher power single turbo cars. It consists of: Walbro 450lph fuel pump, Brand new. Will flow up to 800bhp on 12V, 950bhp on 13.5V. E85 compatible Teflon braided fuel lines made up by Hodge, brand new. These consist of an -8an feed from the pump to filter, twin -6an feeds to the rail, and a -6an return to the tank. Fitting are crimped so no chance of leakage, tank fittings included. E85 compatible. Hodge calls this his 1000bhp kit. HKS twin feed fuel rail, which has been chromed and polished. brand new -6an fittings. HKS (Denso) 1000cc top fed injectors. I bought these and the rail from Brazil with a claimed 1000 miles on them. New seals and dust boots fitted. Aeromotive FPR with -6an fittings. This system cost me over a grand to put togther, I am looking to get £800 back for it, which i think is fair. I would prefer to sell as a complete kit but may consider splitting it if enough interest. Cheers Cam

Oem crank pulley, brand new. I bought this as a spare but mine is still in good condition so not needed. These are £311 from Whifbitz (special price!). Looking for £260

Not too much has been happening with the car over the past month, just waiting for the garage to finish some other jobs before starting work on mine. I went down to grab the ECU out of it, and was more than a little surprised to find out it was for a tt auto!? My car has never been auto, but must have been fitted with na-tt swap. No harm done anyway, the car always ran well! Whilst I was there i took the new injectors home and gave them a service with new seals, as i noticed the dust boots were in bad condition. My fuel lines arrived as well, really impressed with the quality of these, should do the job nicely! I just need to get the short hose from the rail return to the fpr made up. Today was a good day, as i received the first items for my gearbox conversion! I actually paid for the whole kit 5 months ago, so to finally receive some parts is a relief! The adapter plate and flywheel arrived today, they are from the PMC Motorsports kit and are really nice quality. I specified the twin plate Sachs clutch as it is rated to 750nm, so should hold up to the single turbo power. So as it stands I am waiting for the clutch to come back in stock, which will be delivered with the other parts, which are; the gearbox, the prop and speed sensor. Fingers crossed they arrive soon.

Awesome mate, can't wait to see this come together. The size of that turbo housing! -
I am changing the box for a 6 speed mate, the w58 would last 5 minutes with a single. I bought a getrag 420g conversion (e46 m3) from Frazer at Gyrodrift/Hidden Performance but it never arrived, trying to get a refund atm. I will have to get another one! Thanks mate, hopefully all goes smoothly

This happened to me once, i forgot to reconnect the plug at the top behind the center dash panel, try double checking that?

Here is mine, although it doesn't look up to much below Jake's and Robby's!

Thank you mate, i will give you a shout when the polished pipework is off if you are still interested in it? Thanks mate, fingers crossed! I'm not going to chase numbers, as long as it drives great i will be happy

Love this mate, looks really clean! I really like the idea of having a stockish aero as a daily:)

Over the past couple of weeks i have not accomplished very much with the car, although i did manage to get the catch tank mounted. It was a tight squeeze routing the hoses with the vac lines in the way but it'll be neater when they are gone. Also fitted a new oem upper timing cover (finally got rid of the orange!), I also have a new lower cover but don't have the access to fit it at the moment. Excuse the loom, i was going to tuck it until i realised it ran all the way round to the battery, so just moved it aside for the time being. I Picked up a 4 row SRD fmic to replace my 3 row, polished up well! Also an Aeromotive FPR, a complet oem gasket kit and a new oem oil pump. I placed the last order for the single build with Paul Whiffin on Friday and it arrived today. Included the twin Turbosmart wastegates, intercooler pipes, ARP head studs, Gates racing kevlar timing belt, HKS V belt, Walbro 485 fuel pump and a K&N breather filter for IACV. I asked Hodge to make up my fuel lines and they should arrive soon too. I dropped the car off today for the single build, which will start next week! I'm feeling a bit nervous about it but I'm sure it will go well! I thought I would share the complete spec list, if anyone has any suggestions that would be welcome! Turbo System HKS T04R Turbo, rebuilt with larger billet hybrid compressor wheel Whifbitz twin wastegate manifold 2x Turbosmart compgate 40mm wastegates Twin screamers Braided oil feed and return lines (-4an/-10an) 4" Polished intake with K&N filter Whifbitz 3" single turbo fmic pipes SRD 4 row fmic 3" V band downpipe Custom 3.5" one piece exhaust with HKS backbox Engine Complete engine refresh with oem gasket kit New oem oil pump New oem water pump New oem crank pulley New oem timing belt tensioner New oem thermostat Gates racing kevlar timing belt HKS V belt HKS camshafts 256/264 HKS adjustable cam gears ARP head studs Whifbitz catch tank with -10an braided breather lines Fuelling Walbro 485 fuel pump -8an teflon braided feed line, splitting to 2x -6an feeds to fuel rail, -6an return line. Lines made by Hodge Polished HKS fuel rail HKS (denso/sard) 1000cc top feed injectors Aeromotive FPR ECU & Electronics Syvecs S6 GP ECU Syvecs S6 to 2JZ loom adapter Syvecs loom to 4x sensor Syvecs cal switch x2 Syvecs Inconel EGT sensor Pierburg 3 port boost solenoid NTK wideband O2 sensor with loom Titan 3.5 bar MAP sensor Titan 10 bar oil pressure sensor Titan 10 bar fuel pressure sensor Bosch oil temp sensor Analogue/digital ABS signal converters Whifbitz oil sandwich plate Toucan display I think that is a pretty comprehensive spec for my power goal, which is 650-700bhp. I could have went further with forging the internals and an aftermarket intake plenum, but that can be done down the line

Good luck mate, hope it goes well!

Yeah go for it mate! Will look great on your monster build! Thanks Ric, I agree, I am trying to source a new barrel at the moment. At least the car is back on the road in the mean time.

Over the past few days i have been trying unsuccessfully to find a company to fix my wheel. Everyone i spoke to said it was too damaged. So my brother-in law and I decided to have a go at sorting it, nothing to lose right? We started by welding a pipe vertically to the bench as a point to jack from, and gently used a hydraulic jack and a little heat to press it back in to shape. Measuring around the circumference the wheel is within 0.5mm all the way round, pretty much perfect! Then it was just a matter of putting the tyre on and fitting it to the car. I haven't driven it yet as the engine is partially dismantled but i am confident it will be good. At the same time as fixing the wheel I got the -10an fittings welded to the cam covers. Then went about reinstalling the baffles after a meticulous clean. I also gave them a good polish while they were off. I think i have shot myself in the foot a bit doing this now as the tt vac lines are in the way of how i want to route the hoses! I will figure it out tomorrow as the rain halted progress today.

Thanks mate, I think so too.

Last weekend I went on the Applecross trip up to the Scottish highlands and the Isle of Skye. On the first night I unfortunately buckled a wheel so that was the end of my Supra's participation! I have to say a big thanks to Shawn Preece who stayed with me to get things sorted out and loaned me his car for the rest of the weekend, what a guy! Anyway it was still a great weekend with a good bunch of guys. I am going to try get the wheel straightened at the weekend, if that's not possible then I will try source a new barrel for it. The snag is Trafficstar don't produce my wheels anymore, so worst case scenario I may have to buy a new set of wheels! Lets hope it doesn't come to that. Whilst the car is off the road I thought I may as well get on with some jobs. First up was the perspex cover for the cam gears, which involved cutting my carbon cover! I was scared to mess this up as it would be an expensive mistake but turned out well thankfully:D Next up was removing the cam covers to attach the fittings for the braided breather lines. I drilled out the baffle rivets to remove them to make sure they are 100% clean before refitting. Just have to tap the holes and get the fittings welded on. I attempted to move the loom on the driver's side today but it runs all the way to the battery so left it for now. My new exhaust arrived a couple weeks ago. One piece 3.5" with HKS Silent Hi-Power box. It looks awesome, but was an absolute mission to get shipped due to the size. It is pretty well scraped in places, but the seller conveniently forgot to mention that!

Good write up mate, Civic ftw!

For a while now the brake booster vaccuum line in my engine bay has been bugging me, it is terrible looking! Whilst i have been away working i thought about replacing it with a braided line, so I ordered up the parts and set about installing it today. It is -6an with a non-return valve and held with clamps in the stock locations. Really chuffed with it, it's a big improvement in my eyes. I had resigned myself to the fact i couldn't afford to run a Syvecs ECU, but I was really lucky that CarlM was selling his setup so I snapped it up immediately! So my ECU setup for the single build now looks like this: Syvecs S6 GP Syvecs 2JZ loom adapter Syvecs sensor wiring loom Syvecs Cal switch x2 Syvecs Inconel EGT sensor Pierburg 3 port boost solenoid NTK wideband 02 sensor Titan 3.5bar MAP sensor Titan 10bar Oil pressure sensor Titan 10bar Fuel pressure sensor Bosch oil temp sensor Analogue to digital signal convertor for ABS Whifbitz oil sandwich plate All that i have left to get is a toucan and canbus. Picked up a bunch of service items for the engine as well, not exciting but essential nonetheless. Oem crank pulley and bolt Oem water pump Oem thermostat Oem crankcase vent hoses Oem timing belt tensioner and idler bearing Oem coilpacks x6 (used but really good nick) Oem cambelt (won't be used as i will use a gates racing kevlar boy) Also picked up a Greddy style clear cam cover, not looking forward to cutting my carbon cover! Hopefully looking to start the build next month!

for sale Huge List Of Interior Parts and Plastics inc seats
Cam27 replied to Notts_TT's topic in Parts for Sale
Hi mate, i will take the rear quarter panels (the big ones the rear speakers sit in) Thanks -
I have Ksports front and rear, 8 pot front and 4 pot rear. They were on the car already when I bought it, but if i were to start again i would prefer uk specs if i am honest. Also it's worth bearing in mind that with the 8 pot fronts you will have to run 19" wheels.

Thanks buddy! You know you want to go single...haha
