  1. Hi, I'm organising a Karting evening on the 30th November 2016 (next Wednesday) at Thruxton. The cost is £69 per person and I have 5 spaces available if anyone here would like to come along. Places are only confirmed when payment is made and are first come first served basis. If interested please message me your contact number and I'll call to confirm space and payment details. Trevor
  2. I'm off to Japfest2 at Rockingham today, looking forward to my two track sessions tomorrow
  3. white uk stock auto first time driving on a race track in my own car. MX-5's where a fair bit quicker than me in the corners but they got a little surprise when it came to the straights Second session I did there was a Lexus IS that seemed determined to drive beyond his skill a left a load of grass on the track, not sure if he crashed on the start finish straight behind me or if that was someone else. Great fun and I got track cover from Morris.co.uk who where easy to deal with.
  4. Some fantastic looking cars there today, on my two track sessions I didn't have much time to look down but I got to just over 120mph on some of the straights will add pics in a bit.
  5. Hi, I went to mothercare and got the pram 'My3' with wheels that pop off and then it folds almost flat for the boot and then the car seat 'MaxiCosi CabrioFix' that also goes into the same pram frame. Hope that helps, if needed can take pics. Trevor
  6. Have got my car back today, should be able to make July as I'm going to Bournemouth Wheels on 5th June which is on another thread. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?330484-Bournemouth-Wheels-2016&highlight=bournemouth+wheels
  7. plug and wires are all there I think the issue was the LED lights where brand new for cars at the time 93/94 and hadn't been made legal for road use as they are now. I was reading one of the supra wiring pdf's and it seemed like J5 was a key junction box for this aspect as that is the point that all the rear lights feed from near the rear quarter somewhere underneath...
  8. Hi, I recently brought an OEM stoplight from Japan as my UK supra that came with a LED placeholder unit. I've tested the LED unit with a power source after it was fitted and the bulb lights up when given electricity, so it works itself. All the other lights and rear windscreen heater work so believe wiring to be ok, i.e. press on brake normal brake lights turn on. Next step I was going to try was to pull the boot plastic's up to see if it is as simple as a junction box connector not plugged in. Any thoughts/advice welcome.
  9. Just finishing respray in White 040 with pearl dust added so it is crazy bright in the sunshine, with gold badges.
