  1. How is the flap attached to the arm? It looks like the flap "rattles" a bit as it hits the fully open position? Do you think this will wear over time? Caveat: I know sweet FA about these things so feel free to shoot me down .
  2. I'll take these please. PM incoming
  3. I'll take this please. PM incoming.
  4. Did you expect them to put a guy behind the wheel who then has to sit there until the reveal??
  5. Possibly. Certainly the standard pipework won't fit without the MAF. All the TT airbox outlet pipes are the same. Maybe you could use the standard pipe and make an adaptor that replaces the MAF.
  6. No it doesn't. To my knowledge there are 4 different boxes. N/A J-spec TT J-spec TT vvti UK/EU spec
  7. Still interested in the gauge pod too
  8. Such a beast does exist but is very rare. Search for a member on here called Peter Richards. I believe he has one and would probably know more about it. ETA: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?244815-Ditch-the-spoiler Post #9
  9. True Twin Conversion. Run both turbos in parallel instead of sequential. It would be interesting to see a Dyno run of all 3 stages. Standard, Decat+restrictor, decat+restrictor+BC. In fact now I've thought about it, I might try and do just that.
  10. Try "Arnout van Der Kamp" on Facebook. He's over in the NL but has reproduced certain V16X parts. Business is called "Suprasport". Unless you get lucky finding second hand parts, I'm afraid it won't be cheap.
  11. I'll take the AC panel. Pm me PayPal details
  12. I turned up to an event and have never felt more welcomed. I say turned up, a member who had never met me before, invited me to come along with him. Everyone was happy to chat. Having been to car meets before with other forums I can see how they can look a bit cliquey from the outside. Until you turn up, start chatting, and realise that people are all just friendly.
  13. That's kind of my point. Do you just want die hard Supra fans coming to meets? Or do you also want to encourage others who like cars, who happen to have chosen a Supra but have very busy lives otherwise. Visiting the site often and finding out about these things is easy for me as I have a) a lot of spare time and b) a passion for Supras in particular. Those who aren't the same as me, but own a Supra should be encouraged to come along to events. Otherwise certain individuals start using the word clique to describe us
  14. I do the same TBH. But then again I'll check the forum daily at least so won't miss much. To grow the forum, both online and at meets/events, it needs to be more helpful to those that DON'T visit daily.
  15. Local mods to set up mailing lists. So rather than checking the often quiet, local forum frequently, you can sign up to receive emails that would then direct you to the latest local meet thread. On this forum and others, the amount of times I've seen "can't believe I missed/didn't spot/didn't know about this" in the pics thread following an event.
  16. I think a lot of us could certainly offer time to help. However with talk of revamping websites and sorting through custom code, a lot of us (certainly me at least) feel that I don't have the skills to be of any use. Maybe it would be an idea, once plans are more firmly in place, to ask for help and what would be required? I.e. does anyone work with xyz, we need someone with this skillset etc. Any unskilled donkey work of stuff that needs sorting or reading through I'm sure you'd have no end of volunteers.
  17. With enough notice, I'd be game. Got pretty much the whole of August off :-D 1. ripped_fear 2. Attero 3. ShawnPreece 4. mattdavies 5. samdale
  18. The single biggest problem is ease of use. I've tried and failed on a couple of occasions and just resort to Tapatalk.
  19. More people using Tapatalk would be a good start. Uploading photos is as easy as posting them to Facebook.
  20. Maybe this thread needs input from mawby? Is it him who does the website stuff? Is storage close to being an issue? If it can be confirmed that it's not then yes we should get cracking taking photos. For example I remember a good guide for fitting coilover but all pics are borked. If I get round to fitting mine, I'll be sure to take photos and add to that thread unless the OP sorts it in the mean time.
  21. Haha there's plenty of food always on the go offshore. Let's just say I might be a bit "slower" now [emoji23]
  22. 2018 not shaping up too well for me so far. I'm offshore for Dragonball AND this
