Back on the road, and this time with hybrids!

I was wondering who had bought those hybrids with the funky pipework. They look great. When my standard turbos need replacing, hybrids are definitely what I would go for. Couldn't afford to go single properly. -
According to the model differences document the manual SZ and SZ-R come fitted with a 6-speed gearbox. Is this really the case? I'm certain I've heard of 96 onwards cars having a 5-speed manual box fitted. Does anyone know whether the NA 6-speed is the same unit as the TT 6-speed?

So Chris, if you had a choice between a car on OEM 16s and another on OEM 17s with UK spec brakes (which I believe don't fit under 16s), which would you go for? i.e. better handling with poor brakes, or compromised handling and better brakes. -
My rear disks need skimming as the drivers side one is very slightly warped so when I saw yours for sale I was initially interested. They look in slightly better condition to my own but I'm struggling to justify the extra cost. I can get my used one's skimmed for £30 or buy your used one's for £60. Mine are a known quantity though. Just registering interest.

I had one for a year or so. Decided to take it off and return to standard and sell the Blitz item on. Difficult to say precisely what issues it might have causes. Personally I'm much happier with the standard unit on there. I had an airbox around the Blitz SUS to try and reduce the amount of hot air it drew in.

It's also known as street running. It's where blokes in hooded tops go jumping around cities and doing extremely dangerous things. Quite impressive to watch. (Called Parkour because it was invented in France) EDIT: Beaten to the punch

Very handily I bought my first soldering iron today so if replacing the bulb doesn't work then re-soldering the joints will be my next task. Two two lights that I don't think are working are the one next to the ABS light (which is on the left hand of the dashboard) and on the right hand side of the dashboard the light furthest left in the cluster.
