  1. I have to say that engine bay looks utterly awesome. Nice work.
  2. Nice car. Good luck with the sale. "Magnetic in-line fuel saver"
  3. What technology is that site using? (Looks good btw)
  4. According to the workshop manual there is adjustment on the catch.
  5. You sure it's not your heater matrix gurgling?
  6. It would have to have been black, unmodified and manual.
  7. My preferred solution is to find an NA owner who wants to swap a 98 car for my 94 TT.
  8. That's my concern. I think if I pay 8k for an NA then the depreciation is going to be huge. I'd pay a little extra because I want a car in excellent condition and I'm going to be keeping it for many years.
  9. I've got a good 94 TT already. I really want a black manual Supra though.
  10. I doubt I'd get a 1998 car for 3k. (would I?)
  11. I'm looking at importing a mint 98 black manual NA and have been quoted £7500-£9000. That's beginning to sound expensive given this thread.
  12. When I first got my car I drove to the station to catch a train and found that I couldn't get the damned key out of the ignition. I was going ballistic in the car trying to yank the key out. The train pulled in, the train pulled out, still the key wouldn't shift! Aaarrgggghhh!!! I'VE MISSED MY TRAIN!!! Aarrrrggggh!!!! Damned car!!!! ....oh look, I've left the car in DRIVE .... .... oh, the key comes out. Man, did I ever feel like a carbon firble.

    What's a "standin knife"?
  14. Just give it a go and it'll all make sense.
  15. Trial and error. That's how you learn with something as non-technical as fitting an air filter. Just get out there and give it a go.
  16. From the pictures it looks pretty easy to fit. Just remove all the standard parts and then just test fit the Blitz stuff until it looks right.
  17. I'm a marathon runner. In fact come December I'll be an ultramarathon runner. Just can't stop myself.
  18. Running. Even injured I'll get out and run 40-50 miles a week. Total addiction.
  19. Many condolences to you and your family Chris.
  20. I love the stock spoiler but when your car has Veilside skirts, spats and nose cone I don't think the spoiler is out of place. It's a bit retro but hey, maybe retro is coming back into fashion again. Regardless of all that. The car looks great with the standard spoiler.
