  1. I'm after the air scoop which sits over the fan cover if you have that available.....
  2. Is the car lowered? And what wheels to you have?
  3. We bought it for my brother-in-law and we went round his house to play it and really enjoyed it. Great game.
  4. If anyone got a PS2 for Christmas and wants to get rid of the Buzz Music Quiz (plus 4 controllers) then I'm interested. Items and packaging would need to be in perfect condition though.
  5. I love the combo which me and the wife have. I drive the Supra in the week and the Land Cruiser at the weekend. Both great vehicles, but very very different to drive.
  6. the search to do on Google is for "xls password cracker". I've got one at home and that was fairly easy to find on the net.
  7. My wife keeps mentioning that there's a silver Supra parked outside a house which she sees every day on her way to drop the kids at nursery just outside Bures (on the road to White Colne). I dropped the kids off yesterday and there it was. Anyone here?
  8. It's just behind Rollerworld, under the railway bridge. (right at the back of the industrial estate)
  9. GBH's number is 01206 861791 and the guy to speak to is Bob. They are based at Moorside industrial park which is at the end of Cowdray Ave. end of Colchester.
  10. ....enjoy the Chinese but get up at 6am tomorrow and run for an hour!
  11. http://www.atomfilms.com/af/spotlight/series/angrykid2/ Now scroll down to the video called "Tourettes". (It's 6th from bottom) In fact many of the rest are priceless too. p.s. apologies if re-post
  12. I'll second that. Don't believe any "Get Fit Quick" schemes or magic products. There is no replacement for getting out there and getting on with it. My advice would be to join a group of like-minded people. I myself am a member of a running club which means that at least once a week I'm out there running with a bunch of people who all want to run as well. (Saying that I'm not short of motivation as I'm a marathon runner) As of tomorrow I've got two months planned of no drinking and I shall be trying to do at least 30 miles a week running. Then a marathon in April and another in May.
  13. Just wanted to mention that Bob at GBH in Colchester very quickly sorted me out with a new battery for the Supra today. He even managed to undercut Halfrauds and I got a battery for £42.30. Very happy with that. Excellent service. The car now starts the moment to turn the key now whereas ever since I've bought her she's taken a couple of turns to fire up.
  14. About time Dug. You wont regret it. I knew that the "committee of one" i.e. my wife, would never let me go BPU so I just bought a car which was BPU already.
  15. I spotted supragold's awesome gold Supra (with the T04Z fitted) on market hill in Sudbury this afternoon. And the reason that he gets the "Top Bravery Award"? The weather was attrocious. Snow, ice, rain, huge puddles..... I took the family out in the Land Cruiser and I even got that to slide about a bit and it weights 2 tons and has an engine, gearbox and drivetrain specifically designed for that sh!tty kind of weather. Top marks mate. The car looked great. The wife thought it looked fabulous so I took that moment to ask whether I could have the cash for a single turbo conversion ..... she changed the subject very very quickly.
  16. I dread to think how much damage is done to the paintwork everytime snow is scraped off the bodywork. I simply wont let my kids do it. (They do seem to understand as they have to witness my truely Autopian cleaning methods!)
  17. kids really do take over your life ...... beware .... they are addictive little things.
  18. I'd always planned to get an NA because my journey every day simply does not warrant a TT. ... but then I came to actually buy one and after driving a TT I couldn't face buying an NA. There's just too much fun to be had when you get the turbos going. I will say thought that the little b_gger is expensive to run. Especially when you consider that my Supra is just a station car. 5 miles in the morning, 5 in the evening..... So my advice is ... decide before to try. Because once you drive a TT you'll talk yourself into getting one.
  19. Well done mate. Now that's what I call commitment to video games.

    Top Gear

It's seems a real shame that they tried to hillclimb that pimp-mobile and not the blue Skyline or the yellow EVO. Both would have made mincemeat of the Austin Healey. (but not been such goog telly I suspect)
  21. I shall try and rev the car when cold and see if the gurgling is there... It definitely sounds like an air lock of some kind though.
  22. Thanks for the info. I had wondered why some people get rid of both cats and some keep them. Looking forward to getting my FCD refitted and then I'll be back up to BPU again.
  23. I'm down to one cat and have a bleed valve .... so if I removed the other cat would that make the bleed valve redundant?
  24. How have you gone about upping the boost without a boost controller?
  25. It's nothing to do with the heating system (that I can tell). As I rev I can hear the gurgling. Even from cold. It like ..... rev == gurgle. Stop revving ... no gurgle. What sort of air lock? And where?
