Make: Toyota Model: Supra Aerotop Year: 1994 Facelift: N/a Mileage: 100,000km MOT remaining: Expires 8 January 2024 Service history: N/a Car's location: Seaton, Devon Modifications: Originally automatic but has been converted to a 6spd BMW GS6-53DZ manual. Carbon fibre bonnet, unfortunately does have dent in the center from where I think the weather got too hot. Ls400 front calipers, UK spec rear calipers. Pro spec imports forged carbon boot spoiler. Half carbon side skirts and rear spoiler. 18" rota allots. 4inch exhaust with 3inch 2nd decat, it is quite loud. Good bits: Car is originally red with a satin lime green wrap over the top. Smoked rear lights with fog light built in and tinted windows. Mirrors and door handles have been painted black. New roof seals, radiator, cambelt and heater matrix 12 months ago along with a set of BC Racing coilovers. Bad bits: Because it's gone from Auto to manual, I haven't got round to fixing the speedo. I think it needs to run off an ABS hub and sensor which I don't have. The gear linkages might need a bit of adjustment and because the BMW gearbox has a single flywheel, it does chatter. Drivers side carbon side skirt at the bottom was damaged in transit and the company wouldn't replace so it was fitted anyway. Wrap is about a year old, has got small signs of wear and a very small hole on rear quarter side. Rear seat belts were removed a while ago, cant find them so will need replacing. Also the front seatbelts have lost alot of their tension. The car is nearly 30 years old so its not perfect. It does need a bit of TLC in places but otherwise she runs and drives really well. PRICE 22k Ono Please PM for contact details and more information. Can get more photos at request Car is listed in other places.

Hi guys.. I have bought some 19" Linear Course wheels for the supra. I don't like my current set so these are not 100% what I want but will do for now.. I need to get some tyres fitted but I am unsure of what size would suit best. The car is a N/A for now, with the plans to go N/A-T. It has 8.5 ET38 F and 10 ET 38 R. I had these on my last Supra and I was running Eagle F1's Asemectric 3's but they were near on 150 a corner.. What sizes would people recommend ? Also as I've had all the arms, shocks and springs replaced front and rear with bilstein and eibach combo, would it be worth getting a full geometry done? It's had a 4 wheel alignment done with the camber and toe ect and it does ride very harsh. Thanks

Yeah I know, I just don't want to take it to some cowboys Wasted enough money on them lol

The wheels are 235/40R18 95W. I bought the car back in July and I've hardly driven it at all, it's spend 6 weeks off the road doing the arms so i cannot comment on what the wear was like before. It appears with what wear is on it, it does look likes its even. As for subframe bolts, I haven't checked them (I'm not mechanically minded) but I will get them checked over. We replaced the coils with Bilstein's and the springs with Eibach. I was told by my (not any more) "friend" that the ball joints were knackered and there was no point in just doing the springs. When I drove the car back from Leicester the day I bought it, I noticed it was over the road then with very load clonks. The clonks have since gone but it's still everywhere. I haven't tried it with stock wheels as I haven't got any. I'm not sure what the offsets are. They're 18". I have attached a photo of the wheels below. The Tie rods are ok as I bought them new. It's had new: -Front Upper and lower arms. Anti rollbar links and bushes. New track rod ends. -Rear upper and lower arms were replaced with 2nd hand ones. Bushes are new but the ball joints are ok. Rear Tie bar was brand new and the rear trailing arm had a new bush. The bush for the hubs weren't replaced though. Also had new rear anti rollbar links and bushes. Not sure on what a tunnel brace is but again another thing I'll look into. Thankyou, I'll give them a read! It was a 4 wheel alignment so I presume it does the camber, toe ect? Is this the same as a Geometry? Here are the results. It's not giving me audible knocks now, but the ride is very hard I've noticed and it can be quite bouncy also. Not very pleasant I must say. Again all the control arm, arb bushes and shocks are new. Ideally I'd like a specialist to look at it, but the nearest one that I can find to me is TorqueGT and they're about an hour and a half away. And I'm sure will cost me a pretty penny! It was someone that I trusted, a friend but since we have fallen out as he has damaged my bumper and so on. Not one to take criticism !! It did feel like the rear was lower than the front when I first got in it. I wouldn't be surprised if the bushes are preloaded. I did mention it to him as I saw it in a video but doubt he did it right.. I saw a few threads on this, apparently Chris from CentreGravity was very good but I'm not sure I need to drive nearly 200 miles to get it done! I'll have to see if there are any locals ones in my area. Are there any clued up members or tuners close to Exeter on here?

Hi guys. Ive just had my aerotop done from a friend and i do not like its handling. I can feel all the bumps quite harsh and every bump i go over, even small ones like changing lanes and the cats eyes, the car feels like it wants to go everywhere. Quite sketch when youre doing 80+.. I dont hardly have to move the steering wheel and it turns pretty sharp. I cant quite explain it but it doesnt feel right. Ive had the arms on the front replaced new. The arms on the rear replaced. Only the upper and lower were replaced with 2nd hand ones. The ball joints were worn but they werent unusable. Just cant afford new ones yet. All these with new bushes also. Its also had front and rear bilstein b6 shocks and eibach springs. And the tracking done. Wheels are 18" with plenty of tread. Any ideas cause im not enjoying driving it at all.. Thanks

Hi guys, Tried to replace front shocks and springs today. Couldn't get the ball joint? free as some of the parts have completely seized and corroded. Easiest thing we think is to just grind off the arms and replace with new OEM parts. We need Upper|Lower wishbones, trackrod ends and a few other bits. Where would people recommend to source these items? I've found some upper control arms (I guess that's just another term for upper wishbone) on ebay, but they're in the states and it's going to cost me 200 pounds inc shipping. I don't mind spending the money to upgrade for newer parts but I don't want to spend lots more than I have to. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers
