Hey guys just looking for some opinions for doing a TT conversion. Currently looking at buying anew engine from an Aristo as they're pretty easy to come by and not too expensive although it'll take modification to fit. Would be attaching coolers to my gearbox so I can just keep that in. Is there really any other options? Also this will be getting done around the end of summer as I'm a student so I'll get a full time job in summer to fund it. Cheers

Installed led bulbs for all my rear lights and front indicators and they're now flashing too fast. Any way to correct this or other options? Cheers

Forgot to put, would it cost more for certain colours to be mixed like the lamborghini one? Bit of a beginner at resprays?

Sorry guys been away without signal, really liking that Grigio Avlon. Other than that may go for the lexus one or the metallic bmw because my hearts set on metallic. Don't know if the fact it's just the exterior not the engine bay or that? Cheers guys

Cheers for the replies guys. I know it's a difficult job but it still seems easier than NA-T. Plus the Aristo engine is much cheaper than a supra one. I'll read up more on it but does anyone know if the supra auto box is compatible?

Hey guys, considering doing this, asked before but would like another opinion. Would I be able to keep the ecu in the engine bay? And would the ecu be able to control the auto gearbox currently in the car? Cheers

Seen going through grangemouth about 5 mins ago so around ten. Was dark so I couldn't see the plate but I was in mine coming back from a meet.

Also I should mention that it has larger 19' wheels on it so the speedo is a bit off if that's what could be causing it.

The whine only occurs under acceleration, like if I'm sitting at 70 it's not there but when I'm accelerating up to 70 it is. And I'll look up the paper clip test and give it a go tomorrow. Cheers

Not too sure if this is a problem or just normal. Just took my 93 NA out for the first time and whenever I accelerate there's a whine, I don't know if this is induction noise or from the gearbox if anyone knows? Stock air intake. Also whenever overdrive is on it engages as normal however the light on the dash cluster flashes? Cheers

Not too sure if this will be much help but if nobody has one I believe you can order it from Toyota with one day delivery. My garage recently did it for me.

Worried about this happening to my car as I don't have a garage. Already been keyed when the previous owner had it so I got a bit of a steal considering I can get resprays for free. Just the point tho.

Looking to sell the plate that came with my car. The plate has been evaluated at £2300 by a website that sells plates. Not looking for that much as I want a quick sale to buy my turbo kit. Offers of around £1300. Cheers Matt

Hey guys, not too sure if this should be in technical or not. Does anyone have a picture of the join between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust system? Or know the type? Looking to get a custom stainless made but the guy doing it is a while away so he needs to know the connection type. Cheers

Think I'm gonna order one when I get my finances sorted, just got my car and I'm 900 down straight away after a full service and repair for the brakes and rocker seals, plus a new exhaust. Anybody know what prices I'm looking at for customs and taxes etc?
