here's my car for reference

Diamond cut is a really nice finish but then I'm thinking it might be a nicer finish against a coloured car or dark colour car as opposed to silver. What's people's thoughts?

Hi everyone, I'm due to take my my wheels in to be refurbished this week and wanted some opinions on colour choice. The car itself is stock and silver so most options should go with it well but I don't want to get something that looks tacky. Option 1) - diamond cut centres with a silver lip fading to anthracite behind there the bolts go and on the inside of the inner spokes. - chrome or silver bolts. Option 2) graphite or shadow chrome centre spokes with a silver or diamond cut lip and silver or chrome nuts. Option 3) - gold or bronze colour centre with a silver or diamond cut lip and either black or silver nuts - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - -

That supra looks spot on Nic - lovely stance! I think its a case that the wheels I've found have the right fitment but are just not set up for the supra which is a shame Guess I will maybe look to keep the Veilsides. I haven't actually test fitted them on the car yet but would the 9J + 41 and 10 + +48 offset sit alrite? ( Jspec brakes all round - booo )

Currently I have 255s front and I believe 275s rear which are nearly new so I was hoping I'd be able to swap them over onto the new rims

I had mine done last year and I wish I had it done sooner. I had a - 4.5 prescription and now it's better than 20/20. The op itself is over so quickly it's crazy and to be fair although the recovery for the first few days after can be uncomfortable, that goes by quickly and then it's HD vision with no more glasses.

I'm looking to buy a set of wheels and need some help to understand if they would fit ok and if they would also sit ok on the car. I have a jap spec twin turbo ( standard setup ) and I'm looking to get a set of wheels with the following spec 18s Front, 8J - 35 offset Rear 9J - 40 offset If anyone has any photo examples with the same offset that they could attach to the thread it would be much appreciated. If not I would really appreciate any guidance.

Yeah I've seen a few where the pipes appear to drop a bit low which could prove to be a bad move if the car is lowered in the future so I'll keep that in mind. Its a twin turbo pre-facelift which was imported in 98 but I'll have to double check the actual year of manufacture. I am guessing though regulations for imports would depend on date of import as opposed to the age of the car or would it still be based on the cars actual age even if imported? I'm getting the exhaust done at Infinity Exhausts in Bristol as I've used them before and their quality of work is really good plus they can get the sound spot on to how quiet or loud you want it ( I'm not on commission or anything haha ). All in they quoted £370 for a cat back with the option of then having sports cats at £150 a piece or I could go down the decat route which would provide much better flow BUT theres the old MOT issue later on

Ok so I've got the car booked in for a stainless exhaust to be fitted in a couple of weeks and I have a few queries. I see some supras with the exhaust tailpipes straight on and some tiles upwards at a slight angle. Is this purely something for looks or does it have any benefit? I can't make up my mind which look I prefer! Also they have sports cats which are £150 extra but I don't know whether to bother with that or get decats at a later date. I do worry if I got decats I will have issues come MOT time and swapping back would be a right pain. Any input would be appreciated
