  1. Like Mike said, make sure rubbers are good. might be worth spending £1000 on pipes now rather then being stuck up a mountain and having to pay €300 euros just to be recovered to the local garage only for them to charge you an arm and a leg on top! Also future proofs it obviously and gives you massive peace of mind for such a trip. We took mine down to the top of italy last year passing through the swiss alps and the car was amazing. Just make sure you either get it fully checked over or replace all rubbers. Enjoy the trip!!!
  2. That's a shame it didn't come with the ducting but I'm sure you'll both figure a way to seal it and get direct air flow on to it I'm sure you're aware of what the ducting looks like but just incase you haven't seen it before I've attached a pic
  3. Just a point about that new smic, now it's sat at an angle your ducting that sits infront of it I'm now guessing won't fit? Well when chatting to various people about mine I was told the biggest problem with the old whifbitz one I had was that the air was escaping round the sides of the smic as the ducting wasn't connected or touching the smic, therefore the air wasn't being cooled efficiently at all and therefore resulting in less bhp because of it! You really want one that's going to allow the ducting to seal up to it so every inch of air is pushed through the intercooler
  4. Fair play, that's going to be some beast!!!
  5. Over 30k for a turbo conversion! What bhp you running?
  6. Jdm tt auto, Box had new seals and fresh fluid a few years back, fluid should still be bang on level
  7. Those who know, ive done a search on the forum, didn't see much.. Auto box slipping hard under hard acceleration, so much so that it will slip a fair bit as it tries to change, then when it does finally grab it spins wheels a little and kicks in Traction Control. Fine under normal driving conditions Any ideas? Cheers
  8. I did not know that! never in 10 years have i seen cloth rears!
  9. No such thing as cloth rear seats, only the fronts were available in cloth and leather
  10. Yep still available, you have to contact chris directly
  11. Very interested to see how that turned out, any pics?
  12. Just an update, I'm still waiting on a cost from allstreet, will let you all know once I receive something back.
  13. Good shout, I've got some old oem skirts in the garage, will take some pics of the mounts at some point and see if burna would be interested in making some mounts for the people that buy the skirts
