  1. Sorry to hijack chaps - Gaz, did you get my pm?
  2. I saw you mention it above but did you get any further with the idea of extra silencing in your Nur Spec?
  3. Did you mean for the subframes Wez? And the diff?
  4. Excellent, thank you. Best of luck with the sale....
  5. OK mate - let me know your PP address and I'll send you the money over. Cheers Dan
  6. I'm sorry for not posting about wanting to buy but could you do me a favour please? Could you let me know what numbers are engraved on the side of the sensor....hopefully something like 0 258 007 057. Thanks Dan
  7. Is the top dash piece a facelift item as well Matt? If it is I will take that too if it's still available. Cheers Dan
  8. Hi Matt, Can you pm me how much you want for these two pieces please? Cheers Dan

  10. Wht didn't you use the OEM plastic one to go through the wing like I suggested and then connect up to your FMIC under the wing out of sight. I did this and my engine bay looks stock with the original airbox. Edit.......I guess if you're not concerned how it looks then it doesn't really matter!
  11. They are from Turbo Technics.
  12. Yes you can but you need to use the first OEM rubber intercooler pipe in its normal position and then the second plastic one going through the wing. Then you need to do a little bit of messing around with the length of this plastic OEM pipe and then join to your FMIC pipes under that drivers side headlight area and you're done. Left side of the engine bay will look stock, FMIC piping will start under driver's side wing and then continue to the throttle body. Stock airbox fits nicely. I have hybrid turbos and I wouldn't say their "noise" has ever changed in over five years of ownership. There is always a distinct whistle when no 1 is coming online up to about 0.3-0.5bar but then they are silent (or the whistle is hidden by engine noise).
  13. Is there a "good" pressure washer around for under £100 or would anything at that price be crap? I'd like to buy one of these kits but obviously need a PW too.....just trying to keep the cost down a little. Cheers Dan
  14. What's the frosty scratch like marks on there? Are they external scratches? Also do you have any well lit close up shots of how the lens is bonded? Are the insides perfect?
  15. Well done mate - that is a whole heap of weight lost! Congrats!
  16. I'll take the resistor pack please.
  17. What happened when it broke? Any drama with handling etc?
  18. Thanks Si - I didn't want to force it so thought I'd check. I've got three more questions for you.... 1) Did you have to remove the anti decapitation catches to get these to work? 2) Does the bracket on the bonnet hinge sit with the "ball" pointing out or in to the centre of the car? 3) Are you picking up on the upper hinge bolt with the top hole of the bracket (leaving the second bracket hole inbetween the two bonnet fixing bolts? (Hope that one makes sense) I ask because for some reason I can't see the pics you posted up..... Cheers Dan
  19. Wow - that guy is pushing some serious power from a stock bottom end to be hitting 147mph!
  20. I'm waiting for a reply from Nic and Paul Whiffin on a whole heap of suspension, clutch and wheel bearing parts. I've already got some prices from Steve Manley and Elmhurst Toyota in the US. I can let you know how they compare if you wish.....?
  21. I've done a bit of diggin on this and found an parts supplier that lists replacement aftermarket bushes. Apparently the changeover in May 1996 means the following: Pre facelift, front, lower arm - front bush OD = 49.5mm Pre facelift, front, lower arm - rear bush OD = 54.8mm Facelift, front, lower arm - front bush OD = 46mm Facelift, front, lower arm - rear bush OD = 51.1mm They also list bushes for the front upper arm but in two varieties - one where the "housing" is 20mm wide and one where it is 38mm wide.
