Looking sweet dude. Will you be including a flex in that 4" anywhere? One of your earlier pics shows a 4" V to 3" 2 bolt adaptor. Are you going to be using it and if not are you interested in selling it to me?

I think I'm going to have to move to the US for good - $1.89 a gallon for E85 is the final final straw!!!! On a slightly different note........I have a spare H cover at home - I'll take a look and see if there's room for an O ring groove.

Does the driver's side seatbelt retract fully everytime? Also - is it ok to reuse or was this car in an accident?

Right fellas.... What MAP sensors are you all using? I'm just sorting out the 67DBB install and want to choose a decent (proven?) sensor to go with the Solaris. Cheers Dan

I have these two items brand new, wrapped and unused. £88 including insured delivery.

If it is split/cracked where the "nut" part of the cooler meets the cooler body they will probably say it was stressed by not having a spanner on the cooler nut whilst making the conenction up.

That's cheap. With the money saved there you can buy genuine stuff.

I'll say When I memntioned cap head I was thinking more in terms of space for the head of the bolt really. I have stainless ones in various sizes kicking around the place so will probably just go for an M4. The self tappers would save tapping anything but would make me a little nervous I think.

Paul - did you use a regular stainless cap head? Loctite as well?

That's a like for like quote chaps - both current as of today. The BPU price is up about £70 on last year to £740. Single coming in at £1140. Who are you with now Kev - Flux...Greenlight...Admiral?

Does a £400 hike in insurance sound the norm for a single turbo install? I'm going from all mods declared BPU with front mount, DLI, EMU, Racelogic, Water Inj etc to a 67DBB with Solaris. Any thoughts?

Just sent you a PM Mike. If I did go ahead with any bush replacement - please bear in mind the car is a facelift and I believe some of the front bushes (lower control arms) are a different size.

Has anybody ever used either one of these downpipes? I was browsing around on Ebay last night and came across these...the first one only looks to be useful for XS (straight) manifolds and has a 4" V band at the turbo end! The second looks like it was designed to suit clocked manifolds like BL/SP and has a 3" V band.
