  1. You beat me to posting up pics Wes Nice looking kit isn't it
  2. I can dig out all of the part numbers for everything - leave it with me.
  3. Glad to see her back on the road Mike. Paintwork looks excellent.
  4. I replaced the hub, both bearings, release fork, all washers/wave spring/clips etc to be 100% safe. I'd bought it all in case it was needed and then just fitted it anyway To be fair I did fit an RPS clutch and with a few of the horror stories floating around I wanted to be 100% sure the clutch was at fault if there was a problem. All perfect though so I guess you could call it preventative maintenance. I have some AP Engineering aluminium bushes for the fork if you want to try them Kev. Made a huge difference on my car to the feel of the shift.
  5. Cheers Wes - hopefully all the downpipe, wastegate and exhaust stuff will be 100% complete by the middle of this week. I'm just sorting out a different exhaust at the mo (replacing the Nur Spec with something quieter) and making sure the downpipe and midpipe fit is perfect. There's no room for error with the wastegate piping as the flex is pretty stiff and the V bands faces need to be perfectly square.....hence the midpipe alignment needing to be spot on before finishing the wastegate pipe welding. I'm not doing any of the welding myself. I can't do aluminium welding at all and the chap doing the aluminium stuff is very good and was happy to do the stainless for me as well so....I'm doing none This is a nice example of his aluminium welding especially when you consider that I chopped the top off with a 4" angle grinder and the cut was rough and about 4mm wide all around
  6. Looking good mate - bet you had a great day!
  7. Looking forward to seeing what the door cards look like Edit: Might be interested in the rears too if the price is ok.
  8. Smashing job Jay - looks great.
  9. The intercooler pipes now just need tapping and they'll be ready for powder coating (or painting). This is a pic of the ones that needed bosses/flanges welding on; the rest are plain. There are bosses welded into place for various temperature and water injection locations. The large flange is for the Tial blow off valve.
  10. Looking good Paul - keep me posted on the DIY flowbench.
  11. Thank you fellas, I appreciate the comments. It would certainly be way way easier to go with a simple screamer pipe and call it a day! Unfortunately I'm going to need it quieter than that will allow so it's a case of doing the best job possible with the recirculating setup. Cheers Paul! lol
  12. I got the downpipe back today with the flex welded into place and the 4" V band on the lower end. I also had the wastegate parts tacked up so that allowed me to check how it all fits together. All that needs doing on this now is to get the O2 boss positions finalized and get the wastegate re-entry pipe welded onto the downpipe.
  13. Cheers mate - coming along slowly Good choice. Will your bits be headed there anytime soon? What are you getting coated?
  14. If it was a manual engine ecu problem I could have helped you out mate. Hope you get it sorted.
  15. Is it too late to join? Do people use these on road cars or are they only of use on a track? Do they need to be used with a specific spring/damper combo to function best or are people using them with anything from OEM to Ohlins?
  16. Nice job, I have something very similar and am hoping it will work well.
  17. I have a Chris Wilson 2.5" decat to suit a Jap Spec car. PM if you are interested.
  18. Wastegate Feed Pipe Wastegate Recirculating Dump Pipe Intercooler Pipes - Flange for Tial BOV and bosses for water injection and temp measurement
  19. I've been planning to use Zircotec in Oxfordshire but I am open to other peoples' opinions.
