  1. Cool thanks Chris - give me a shout if you find them.
  2. I made my 621hp on a 67DBB at 1.7bar, stock cams, head, engine etc etc and this was with a cast manifold.
  3. Anyone got any spare and unused? Are the other bits that need to be replaced at same time like springs etc? Just thought I'd check before calling Mr manley Cheers Dan
  4. I'll be there. Not 100% sure on time but I reckon about midday.
  5. Thanks - couldn't see the pics earlier. GLWS.
  6. So did you get them done yet mate? Did it not go well? I can get the tyre to here without touching the arch anywhere and this is just about as far as it'll go anyway - it's hard against the bumpstop at this much stroke.
  7. Cheers guys. I will be giving it a proper clean, polish etc but that'll have to be after this weekend as I am flat out at the mo. Then I'll try to snap some nice pics but photography's not really my strong point I only just removed the skirts - I got a bit nervous about the spats as lots of people said the paint all got ripped off underneath when the spats came off. I haven't built up the courage to take them off yet. I've got no intention of putting the skirts back on, I prefer the sleeker skirtless look. I suppose if it did damage the paint I could always put the spats back on till I was ready to get it resprayed and I'd be in this same position - so nothing to lose by trying it
  8. All done now and ready for a bit of a shakedown - car is covered in dust as farmer has been cutting grass all around for the last few days so a good clean is in order next.... I think I need to lower the front a little but the back looks about right...
  9. Is it still in the same complex Homer or outside the main gate?

    Wheel offsets

OK cool - that's a bit skinnier than anything I've used on aftermarket wheels so someone else may be better talking from experience. That said - I reckon you'd have no issues with a 25mm offset front and rear.
  11. What's the latest JP? Did you speak to Carbotech or manage to find something else?
  12. What size are your current "suspect" injectors Ricky?
  13. If it's a Torsen I'll have it mate.

    Wheel offsets

How hard is your suspension and how low do you want to go? Also, what size tyres? I ran a 30 offset rear on a 9.5x18 with 275/35/18 Eagle F1 and it was fine with my Tein suspension. When I changed to CW's softer setup the tyres would hit the arches on hard bumps. With an 8" up front I presume you'll run a 235 so a 30 offset should easily work. My brother runs an 8.5" with a 30 offset and 245/35/18 Eagle F1s without issue. You might even be able to go a tad less than the 30 to something like 25mm if you really wanted to.
  15. What's the axle code for it Ricky?
  16. If you do find one, and happen to have a stock gunmetal one for sale please let me know.

    sold

OK cool thanks. I don't have many passengers and most are smaller than me anyway - normal it is then.

Yeah I've been hunting round for another one for the passenger seat now. Anyone know if the normal width is comfortably for most people? Is the XL only needed for fat gits?
  19. No probs - I'll post back once I get to use it in anger and know what it's like. At the moment she's still on axle stands as the rear end is being treated to a clean up and some fresh underseal. Once that's finished I'll be mobile on the 315 rears and 255 front setup so I keen to see if it behaves differently. ----------- My rear brake brackets for the Alcon Mono 4s also turned up so now I need to mark them up for the hub mounting holes and they'll be ready to fit. Here's a sneaky preview....
  20. And where/how is it mounted? I think the chat on SF was related to excess heat affecting the regulator - presumably the spring?

    Supra!

I wouldn't be too keen on bronze with a black car but that's just me. I really do like the SVNs but just not bronze. Get them delivered straight to Ibrar to change the colour, fit new tyres and then post on to you
