  1. How would an air leak into the system increase the pressure though fellas? The rad cap has it pressurized above atmospheric pressure anyway.
  2. Sorry to hear that mate, what a major bummer
  3. Any chance someone could pm me the template as well please?
  4. OK thanks Paul - I'll keep an eye on this thread for any updates. Nice wheels.
  5. Ideal for me would be 18x9.5 front on something like a 40 offset so I could get a 265/35/18 on there. Favourite rear would be 17x11.5 with a 45-50mm offset for my 315/35/17
  6. Nice. I am very keen. Are they only available in 18s Paul? Is a 17" rear available? Anything at 11.5" wide?
  7. There's only one bank listed and it is at that later date. Maybe they bought it outright initially and then mortgaged to do some rennovation work? (It is in the middle of being extended and moderised).
  8. Nice job on the respray - looks lovely and great colour That second pic looks very light for 6NO....must just be the light. Mine looks more like the OP's.
  9. Great, thanks guys - it's making a bit more sense now, I appreciate the help. The proprietors are listed in section B and there are two of them as you said - all the dates in section B are the same (2008). There are two items in section C and the first is the registered charge. The second line item mentions the bank as per my previous post. The odd(?) thing is that they bought the place in 2008 but the part about the bank (in section C) is dated at the end of 2011. Does that mean they could have simply changed lenders at that time?
  10. Ibrar - that cars looks the dog's danglies. I love the two tone and think it works really well
  11. Thanks guys, I've been doing a a fair bit of searching around on various properties since you posted up......Chris' story sparked even more interest Can anyone (I'm guessing Charlotte ) help with a couple more questions: 1. If a bank is listed in Section C of the title as the most recent proprietor, does that mean the obvious...repossession? 2. There's a note in section B that says "No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court" What does that actually mean?
  12. Section A has one line item which refers to the "red edged" boundary area on the plan being filed at the registry. There's nothing else in that section.
  13. Nice job. Are you running a little spacer on the rear? (I ask as they seem to be sticking out a lot compared to othe CCW 11.5s I have seen)
  14. Thank you Charlotte. I already have a copy of the Title Register and Title Plan but they are of limited use. I can see the plot outline and current owner and the price they paid but that is it. Is that all that is available or can I dig deeper now that I have those?
  15. Bit of an odd question but wondered if anyone here could help point me in the direction of some info.... I'm looking at buying an old property that was originally build in the mid 19th century and am trying to find out more about its history. I know that several, almost identical, buildings in the area were rebuilt in the 1960s but have only found that out by accident after sifting through planning applications on those properties for recent work in the last few years. Short of ripping the render off the walls or digging down to look for footings etc etc, is there any way I can find out if the property I am interested in was ever rebuilt? Would this be recorded anywhere that can be accessed by the public? Thanks Dan
  16. Just got back from a long weekend away in Cornwall.....hopefully this week I'll finish fitting this lot but knowing my luck I'll still be trying to find the time on Sunday night!!
  17. Mike, We just sold a house similarly priced to the ones you are looking at and it went for 3.8% less than the asking price. This place was a lot better finished than others in the area, has much better frontage and parking etc but it was still priced for top end of the market. IMO it depends on the other places for sale nearby and how desperate people are to move. Also, we got offered the full asking price by someone the day after we accepted the first offer - we're not going to act on it unless the initial offer falls through as the current one has funds etc and all the wheels are in motion.... We're now looking for somewhere else and I'm hoping for about 9-10% off the asking price on them but have made no offers yet as it's early days looking for us. Certain properties (value and type and location) sell fast and get good money.....I'm hoping top find the opposite
  18. Nice one fellas, good luck with the mapping. Jamesy (or Lee) - can the fusebox be positioned where you have it without extending any wires?
  19. Niice manifold - same as the one I just sold.
