Hi Charlie, I don't know of any suitable battery for the Supra off the top of my head but I do know a few people using fully sealed types in other cars. I'll make some enquiries and see what I can find out. In the meantime I'm sure I remeber seeing some in Demon Tweeks a while back so may be a starting point at least for some comparative specs. By the way.....got some nice big drums of "fuel" sat at my place now. Thanks for your help Still working on the other thing we talked about, albeit a modified stock item for a top end bpu spec car at the moment...I'll keep you posted. - Lots going on at my place at the moment.

I have a relatively straight forward question which I hope will yield a simple answer. I can't lay my hands on my Clifford handbook and was wondering what to do once you've changed the batteries in a keyfpb to get it working again?? I still have one working remote, how do I get the 2nd wrking again? Also anyone know how you disable your alarm if your keyfobs stopped working? Cheers Dan

Cheers Grazer... You did nothing with the wiring or anything else? Just unplugged the ecu that has something like "Electronic Throttle Control" on it? No ill effects like fault codes or flashing lights etc?

Hi all, Can anyone give me any info on the traction control butterfly removal kits that are available for the mkiv (non vvti)? ARe they the same for jdm/uk throttle bodies? Also, can the ecu next to the main ecu simply be disconnected? What happens if I do nothing else other than unplug this ecu (ie leave butterfly and motor etc in place? - I need a bit of space in that footwell!

Anyone had any cold start (or other such problems) with IK24's on BPU spec Supras?

Right everyone, Looks like I'm off to Houston next week sometime and I thought it may be a good oppurtunity to pick up a few goodies for the Supe. (Or just some shopping in general I suppose!) Any bright ideas of goodies I should look out for or of any tuners/shops in Houston? Any idea on import duty/tax/declaration when buying things abroad and coming back to US?
