  1. Please pm me the bank transfer details.
  2. Can Jamie do that with a tyre pressure gauge on the valve at the bottom? Any idea what they should be Chris?
  3. That is a mean looking machine. Best of luck for the weekend mate
  4. I have now found the full Megasquirt II kit that I knew I had but had misplaced in the attic. (Moving house has its benefits!) It is brand new and sealed/unassembled - bought from glensgarage.com It comes with a V3.0 board (the blue one) and an anodized black case as shown here: http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/megasquirtii-programmable-efi-system-pcb30-kit-black-case-p-119.html Drop me a pm if you are interested.
  5. Nice job JP - hellishly fast. The full throttle gear changes will sound interesting
  6. Have you got the core tucked up behind the crash bar a little bit?
  7. 1. Mine went and I made custom ducting to do a similar job 2. I think it's an ambient temp sensor - I relocated mine (still in the front duct area though) 3. The bottom of mine is a little higher than the subframe so that ducting sits across the gap nicely 4. I drilled a couple of extra holes but also used front undertray fixing points as well
  8. I know it - isn't there a Taste of Texas out that way somewhere off I10?
  9. I've got a manual one - pm me if you're interested.
  10. Hey James, whereabouts in Houston are you from? I spend a lot of time over there with work, and should be out around October.
  11. I have it. I think the initial approach is to retard timing whilst monitoring EGTs and then go to the fuelling trims if the ign retard isn't sufficient or EGTs go too high. I can say that extreme over-torque/slip events are met with a lot of popping/banging just to remind me to slow down Sounds like a few quick fire shotgun rounds. If I remember what Ryan told me correctly, I think mine makes so much noise because the torque builds so fast at low rpm due to the cam/turbo/manifold combination and the Syvecs "subtle" torque reduction efforts don't work so it gets more intrusive with the ign timing and fuelling. It is relatively smooth in action despite what the noises suggest. Ryan could describe it a lot better than me though.
  12. Sorry to hear about the problems. My personal opinion is that for this turbo you would only need a single -03 oil line with no restrictors as it is not a DBB cartridge. How big is your oil drain?
