  1. Shane - cheers for that, i will have a good look tomorrow then. Still seems to be too far back to be waterpump, the run down the block appears to be just behind the gap between the two manifolds...and appears to be running straight down the block.
  2. I dont think its the drain as its coming from further forward than that. seems to be dribbling down rather than spraying. core plugs could be a good shout, i will need to get it cleaned and then see what i can see. just a bugger of a place to try and see properly
  3. I bought a set of OEM skirts and the rear bumper spats, bodyshop fitted them during respray but they said there was no issues with them so yea...positive feedback from me!
  4. I bent the little locator tag that is on the supra lines - no issues since
  5. Evening all, quick tech query. Noticed over the last few weeks that there has been coolant leaking down the side of the block. Appears to be coming from behind the exhaust manis. The galley pipework is fine, no leaks from that - any suggestions at all? Considered maybe head gasket but can they leak out? Never seen it before! Temps all fine, no issues with running or unusual smoke from exhaust. Seems to be losing about half the expansion tanks worth in a 3 hour drive. Cheers
  6. Going fast isnt the problem - it's the stopping quick that causes the issues. In seriousness, as others have said, speed isnt really the issue. It's people's lack of awareness and the incompetence of the majority to actually drive a vehicle. I would say it's likely most of us take pride in the quality of our driving and I know i am pretty much constantly on the ball when in the car. Planning, hazard perception, situational awareness are all things that i notice the generic driver in their stupid, poor vis Nissan Juke are lacking. They have their own little bubble, their own agenda and with that comes selfish and ignorant driving. They don't look around, think about how things are ABOUT to develop. That...in my opinion is why accidents happen.
  7. Have you got the adaptor neck for the Apexi?
  8. Happy days, im only 30 mins away so long as its a weekend thing so looking forward to it.
  9. Hi bud, what colour? Might have been me but i think i was passing a bit later than that...were you in your soop? I have seen yours parked on Greenbank and Kylemore a few times...my parents live on Penmon and i bought Marks Stevensons NA that was sat on his mums drive and restored it, now using as a daily.
  10. Ah spot on. Are the studs/threads for downpipe all in good nick? Sounds reasonable - so £50? :-)
  11. Hey guys, So i am in need of a set of NA headers as the downpipe studs on mine have threaded when i put my new decat downpipe on. Its blowing its tits off so need a price inc delivery asap please. Located on wirral at weekend and near Lincoln during week if you are close to either for collection. Cheers Chris
  12. Oh I've done timing gear before thats not a worry....but if i take a timing belt off, i replace it, which is more ££. As the water pump is ridiculously priced - every little helpa. I take it everyone would recommend staying away from non toyota ones? Or are the bad stories unfounded?
  13. Okay cheers. So timing gear does HAVE to come off to get water pump off...no skirting that?
  14. Hey all, So it sounds like the bearings in my water pump have seen their arse and im going to have to replace it. Im going to go with an oem one from keron as ive been told pattern ones are shoddy. So...question i have, i remember seeing in the past that its a pain to do...does the timing gear have to come off to do the job? Is there a guide someone has done on here for the job? Also, can you get a cool running stat for the supras? Im running an n/a btw. Cheers! Chris
