I am selling my 1993 NA auto as i am now only able to drive it short distances, due to injuries after a motorcycle accident. 1993 NA auto 202 black It had a full respray just over a year ago 202 black with a lacquer from Germany which gives the paint a deeper shine. It was re up holstered 2 years ago in black with red stitching and red logo (leather look) the door panels are the same but are leather. After market exhaust supplied and fitted by Whifbits (still has first CAT) Fully adjustable coil overs supplied and fitted by Whifbits. 5 spoke alloy wheels with wide chrome rims (fronts 255/45 zr 17" 98w rears 255/40 zr 17" 94w Glass headlights fitted 2 years ago. New front discs and fast road pads. Double din cd with sat nav. hands free phone. This is a nice looking car and it drives very nice, the engine is smooth, and the gearbox changes smoothly. It has been serviced and looked after between Whifbits and a Toyota main dealer. There is a lot of paperwork and receipts i have lots of spares to go with the car even the original Japanese double din cd player that was in the car when imported. Mileage 147650 KM. This car just needs someone to fit a turbo and you would have a lovely car. Mot expires next month but i can renew it. The drivers window had a new mechanism fitted but some wind is getting through the top, it needs to be adjusted a bit more. I know how you feel i was pretty p---ed of as well i don't know what game they are playing.

Hi all some of you will know that since i bought my NA i have had trouble with the OD and main warning light flashing, and the car has never quite run right. I am not able to do any mechanical work due to my disability, ended up taking it to my local Toyota dealer so they could do a diagnostic check they found a couple of small mechanical bit's which they fixed because the car was just not running right. But most of all they they fixed the problem with the OD and warning lights flashing. The car is now running so well, and i am enjoying it so much i can't stop driving it again so i am going to start going to the Bluewater meet again so see some of there again. One very happy Supra owner.

Sky upped mine by £200 the other week like you i am 55 with the same ncb, funny i got a quote from footman James £200 cheaper, so i contacted Sky showed them the Quote from FJ and Sky then matched it with an agreed value. They never mentioned anything about it not being a classic. So what's going on ???.

Would i be able too use this for extra cooling on an NA auto box.

Hi all been out for good long blast 0500 hrs, give the car some stick and NO warning lights came on and the ODO light does not come on and off anymore. So problem fixed thanks Toyota.

Hi i have posted before about the warning and odo lights coming on on the dash board on my NA jap import when going over 80mph and the odo flashing on and off. And i have tried everything to cure this problem with no luck i have had three different speed converters on and the problem still persisted. Well my car has not been running very well since the last service and timing belt change, and it would not idle properly and kept hunting and had a flat spot when trying to pull away quickly. The main problem was the bloody warning lights coming on at speed or high rev range. Well i booked the car into Toyota for a diagnostic check, it came back that the timing was out and a conversion sensor needed to be reset and reset distributor timing, the work was carried out and now the car drives like it should and the warning lights are no longer coming on. So i know a few NA owners have this problem i would suggest going to your local Toyota dealer and having this done and hopefully it will work for you. The warning light problem was driving me mad as i can't just ignore this sort of thing, and i was not enjoying driving my supra. But early tomorrow morning i am going out and giving it a good blast, be fore all the Sunday drivers get out and clog the roads up. A big thank you to every member who gave me advice on every post, it was always a great help to someone who is not mechanically minded, this is a great club to belong too.
