  1. I love RX7s and would love to own one. The only thing that puts me off is there renowned reliability issues. Perhaps they aren't as bad as people make out they are, people do tend to exaggerate things. 8k for that does seem very very cheap. Particularly when you consider what a supra equivalent would cost (your old car for example) I do think you must have hit your head on something hard to seriously swap out a supra for an RX7 on reliability terms Good luck with it though, it does look nice. Bin the spoiler though!
  2. I have just received an email from the events organiser saying i have been accepted into indoor show and shine which is in a separate hall. Therefore i now have a spare ticket for the club stand if anyone wants to purchase it? £10?
  3. Gravity was held at the same venue last year, the barn that the club stands will be placed in is massive and gets absolutely scorching hot! I remember the thermometer in my mates car reading over 30 degrees. It is a really cool venue though, Gravity was the best show i went to last year.
  4. This is one of Gary Englands pods. They are very well made and he has the wrapped in leather which is very similar to the material/texture of an oem dash
  5. JapFest... What a show! Weather held out all day and the quality of cars was top notch! I met loads of new people and just generally had a really good day. Spents hours Saturday polishing and waxing the car! Took afew pictures myself although only on my phone: This photo is credited to Glanza_Mike, awesome picture! And then the following two were taken by a nice chap called Mark Rodway, he has a photography company called VagRoots and has taken pictures of my car at various shows over the past couple of years: I actually have an A1 print i purchased from him framed in my living room taken at Gravity last year
  6. Really great photos! I have tagged you in the picture of my car that i have put on my Instagram
  7. There is a trim that should go across that edge. Is that still in place on yours?
  8. I think that would be safer than using a hole saw.. still not 100% safe though compared to removing the sump
  9. Just do it very very slowly, if i was going to do it that way i would use a 'stepped' drill bit and probably have an air line blowing away the swarf as i drilled. The best way is obviously to remove the engine though so that you can then remove the sump to clean it out
  10. Its a very very nice bucket of bolts! One of my favourites of the show
  11. Ahh well maybe next time mate, i spoke with so many people i started to lose track. I think the brand new facelift front and rear lights are my favourite thing iv done to the car. They make it look alot cleaner
  12. Marbleapple i dont think we spoke did we? I was unsure which services people were meeting at in towcester, stopped in a shell garage briefly but didnt see anyone so carried on.
  13. Whos car is this? I liked it alot!
  14. Love that picture of mine! Thank you!
  15. Hahaha ahh man my face is sooo red!! I thought i was only one!
  16. Today was awesome had a really good time meeting everyone, everyone is so friendly and it really makes for a good forum!
  17. What time are you getting to Towcester services mate and do you have a postcode for the specific services?
  18. I would start by taking it back to where re gassed it for you. Ask them to pressure test the system and make sure the gas/refrigerant is still present. If they have just regassed your AC system without checking for leaks first and all that refrigerant has just leaked out into the atmosphere thats a very big no no. Huge fines can apply, not for you but for them
  19. Mine has been deleted along with the washer jet. Much cleaner.
  20. Keron stocks these brand new mate
  21. I like it. Looks similar to a veilside teardrop. Bit more angle though like others have said and i think it would be perfect

    Hello all

Welcome Pey The reason you cant post is certain sections or pm members is because currently you are only a guest member. You need to pay the annual £10 membership fee for full privileges or £30 for a lifetime membership. Well worth it imo. Hope this helps
