  1. I have heard of these working loose. The subframe was off last year so they are worth checking again. However i would have though subframe bolts would cause a knock over bumps etc? This knock is purely caused from forward/backward motion and only with the accelerator. Tbh im thinking its prop shaft related
  2. Its not that im not happy with them as such. They work perfectly, its just this handbrake thing where to car rolls slightly when applying the handbrake. Id have thought a stone or such would cause a scrapping noise? I will certainly check them out though
  3. Thats possible, the rear discs and pads were also new last year but i have never been 100% happy with my handbrake. When the handbrake is applied the car rolls forward an inch or so before it actually engages. I wonder if that has something to do with it. Something with my hubs perhaps
  4. I have just driven back home from Milton Keynes (just over an hour) and i definitely have a knocking noise coming from the rear end. I have heard it once or twice before but just shrugged it off as the exhaust popping. It only does it when accelerating, so when you first press the throttle it knocks, or if you change gear it'll knock as soon as you put your foot back on the gas. It knocks when pulling off too. Travelling at motorway speeds just constantly blipping the throttle itll do it every time. Basically everytime the car gets any change in forward momentum it knocks. Its quite a hollow knock, similar to an exhaust pop. Any advice, anyone had this before? I have given the exhaust a good wobble and it doesnt seem to be fouling anything, im fairly confident its not suspension related as everything was new last year.
  5. It does also depend on the tyre make and model. I have a 295 30 Yokohama AD08R on a 10j and it fits pretty perfect.
  6. I like the stepped lipped tbh. But regarding offsets... you definitely havnt been too safe lol. Infact you rear wheels will be very aggressive
  7. Very nice wheels btw!!
  8. I would say a 295 35 rear, and a 255/265 35 front
  9. Unless its a re cored HKS intercooler? So HKS side panals using a Toyo core
  10. I have almost achieved exactly what i cosmetically want from a supra. I do really fancy a full carbon bootlid and full carbon TRD wing.. maybe an oem carbon bonnet too. I will also fit facelift side repeaters to the bumper and rear quarters. Properly branded wheels would be nice too.
  11. Looks amazing. Just make sure you bloody finish it and stop contemplating selling it! Every time i see you mention selling it a small piece of me dies. On another note though where did you get the AN fittings from? I need some -12s
  12. Glanza_mike also kindly made this awesome grid layout pic of my car from Japfest. My new favourite pic!
  13. Thanks Shawn, your build has taken some very serious steps recently! Looking forward to seeing the end result, its going to be pretty special for sure!
  14. I think this is only the 2nd year the show has taken place (could be wrong) I missed last year because my best mate selfishly decided to get married on the same day.. the prick.
  15. Couple of small updates.. So after multiple bollockings from James (theturtleshead) i finally bought some motorsport rollcage padding and padded the top section of the main hoop. I also decided to have a closer look at my spare HVAC module as i noticed the font on it was ever so slightly different to the one fitted in the car. I thought maybe it was from a facelift car but once i plugged it in it became apparent that someone had modified it and fitted white LEDs throughout.. bonus!
  16. Received payment Andrew thanks. The tickets are emailed to us 2 weeks before the show so i will email you yours as soon as i receive it.
  17. I am never disappointed with any of the Meguiars range
  18. Hi Andrew, yeah as Allan has said, you can buy tickets at the gate and no the ticket isnt registered to specific cars. I still have the ticket and its yours if you want it!
  19. I have 1 indoor club stand ticket for sale for Japanese performance show at stoneleigh park in August. It is for the forums club stand which is an indoor stand to accommodate 20 cars. Since purchasing the ticket i have been granted a position in their indoor show and shine hall and so although i will be attending; i know dont need this ticket. Bought for/retail at £13.50 Il sell this one for £10
  20. Sorry but i wouldnt want to sell the one i have here because my spare bumper is 100% complete and id like it to stay like that.. just incase i was ever to have an accident lol
  21. Looking awesome. Alot has changed in a year! (Exactly a year since you started this thread incase you hadnt noticed!)
