  1. Love how in the description it says he wants to keep the wheels ideally as they were very expensive and instead the buyer can have the original 17" wheels.. like shit, if i was buying that car id be pulling them ugly ass wheels off it before anything else anyway.. he can keep the damn things, be doing me a favour!
  2. Thats Josh Westwoods (Josh42 is his forum name i think off the top of my head)
  3. Could you not revert back and start again? So reverse whatever you did that made them work with pre facelift lights and then essentially start from scratch
  4. When i fitted my facelift lights and facelift side lights i also used facelift sidelight looms. I still had to modify them though to work in cooperation with the pre facelift engine loom
  5. Love the changes your making! Those jr wheels look sooo much better! Love the look of that exhaust too!

    Bride Mats

    I like them alot!
  7. Its the power house racing street torque kit. Precision 6266 journal bearing. Precision 46mm wastegate I have a Gte cylinder head with BC cams, springs and retainers too
  8. I have a big turbo to go on it.. just need afew more bits to complete the build and then she'll be the monster she actually looks like
  9. That looks amazing mate!!
  10. My car at Modified Nationals this weekend, it was covered in dusty rain marks but fortunately the pictures didnt show that
  11. Those skirts are oem jspec skirts so an oem front bumper with an RRM lip would look great. That or a ridox bumper. Are the skirts and spats plastic or fibreglass? If they are plastic it means they are genuine oem Toyota parts and worth afew quid now! With regards to the wing, i quite like the blade, but the legs look abit nasty. I think with any bgw on a supra the legs should be mounted in the original spoiler mounting positions or as close to the edges of the boot as possible. When they are bolted close together in the centre they remind me of sparrows legs lol
  12. Just a guess but i would imagine the oil pressure would be higher on first start up simply due to it being cold and therefore thicker. Once it starts to warm up and thin out the pressure will drop?
  13. That's ok then, i will probably look at getting bride rails in the future
  14. I used Johns low mount subframes and universal rails to fit mine. Not difficult, just fiddly and does take quite a while. Bride rails would certainly be better, dont know how low down they position the seats though
  15. These are what i have in mine, they are near mint and i didnt pay anywhere near £450. Much more oem looking too
  16. Yes you would need new rails. I dont think any aftermarket bucket seats will just bolt straight in. Personally i think those cobra seats are pretty awful looking lol and relatively cheap, id never pay £450 for them thats for sure! Obviously its down to your personal preference but i would look at oem Mitsubishi Evo Recaros or Honda Accord Recaros. Bride rails work with them with a little bit of fetaling. I use custom low mount subframes and universal rails on mine though. Your other option would be genuine Supra Recaros
  17. Thanks Jim that means alot. There are alot of very nice cars amongst this forum!
  18. Ahh i wondered whether you'd seen this thread and whether you'd comment. I am glad you approve of what i have done/doing. I did make afew stupid mistakes when i first purchased it but back then i was still very new to the whole concept of owning a car such as this, particularly one in as good'a shape. Messing about with body kits, cheap lowering springs and stretched tyres was inevitable at the time however since then i think the car has come an awful long way! I definitely have more of an understanding of what really matters and where i want the car to end up. No more cheap shit and no more "that'll do attitude". The majority of the car has been resprayed again in my ownership, only the rear bumper, boot and doors are from when you had it painted. The colour match is 100% perfect though. My accident last year was a shame but fortunately the car came back stronger, i was disappointed about the bonnet though as i really liked that and the quality of the vents were second to none. The wings now live on on Robin Millners Na-T aerotop although i believe the carbon has started to de-laminate. I still have many many ideas and eventually it will be a big single running an R154 once i can afford to complete it. Fancy a full carbon bootlid and TRD wing too... currently still have the one on that you made (designed and built by C.T Hudson) Funny actually because my mothers maiden name is Hudson. It will be at in the centre of Modified Nationals this coming weekend on the show and shine stand. I am also in the expedition hall show and shine at Japanese performance show in August if you wanted to see it again.
  19. Japanese performance show will have a good turn out. About 30 cars i think
  20. No it wasnt £1000 to just refurbish them. It was about £900 to buy them, refurbish them and then buy discs and pads. If someone offered £600 for mine then id sell them, i had that figure in mind too but didnt want to get laughed at if people thought i had over valued them
