Hello, so i have been reading up on all the options we have for building a GE or GTE. i will start with why i am doing the build the way i am.
i am here for 3 1/2 more years then moving back to the US, in order to ship my supra back the engine has to stay a GE and has to be 25 years or older. its a 94 (built dec 93) and a manual.
i want to build the the spare engine i am getting for some good numbers. not sure ATM how much but i have some ideas.
i want to build the bottom end with either stock turbo pistons or forged, ARP crank and rod bolts. The head i want to run a GTE head, some 260+ cams w/ supporting springs and retainers, ARP head studs and a slight port an polish. i will be running a Precision 71gts and lookinga t a full TT harness swap and stand alone. all this with supporting fuel and ignition mods.
let me know what i am missing please and how hard this will be. it seems straight forward to me but i could be wrong.
