  1. That's interesting, thanks for that! Mine you can set it like you said to come on above a certain %'age so i'll set it at 45 or something with a hose trailing out the garage
  2. Painted the garage floor last week, gave the Supra a good clean yesterday and put it away for the winter on trickle. Will probably run a small dehumidifier in there too just for the sake of it. Got quite a few plans for it next march including better brakes, boost controller and some eibach springs. Along with a service & mot when it comes out of hibernation

welcome, i follow you on insta - good content
  6. i had the same thing with my m3 - took cleaning it up and watching someone else drive it to make me want to keep it. 3 months later, back on the market LOL
  7. Mine will be sorned end of this month. I will usually give my cars a really good clean while it’s still warm enough. It’s not just about the salt for me, it’s about the general mud and crap on the roads that is accumulated during autumn They will be in carcoons in the garage until april
  8. You can find out a little bit like mileage history and auctions etc Type in VXreport on google. You pay for a report it’s actually about £15 but it’s pretty good You don’t get service history though https://carvx.jp/car-vx-report
  9. You get what you pay for with wraps. I’ve had two wrapped cars. One cheap, one expensive. Expensive always looked better You’re looking at about 2-2500 with doorshuts or about 1500-2000 without Personally I’d either go paint, or liquid wrap (sprayed on like paint but can peel when you don’t want it any more )
  10. wow, that looks beautiful - love the recaros, paint looks to be in great condition as well
  11. welcome and congrats, get some pictures up!
  12. Pretty sure that’s a facelift panel on both pics. Pre face is black I believe That’s a pre facelift ash tray in a facelift gear surround
  13. Is this basically stock bilsteins with eibach pro springs?
  14. surface rust underneath the wiper cowling and top of the boot hinge where the boot meets the roof
  15. then i've still got to put the axle stands on the sills to let the jack down surely? Or would i put these on the chassis rail instead
  16. A black 1999 TT6 just sold last night for the equivalent of 40k USD, thats without any fees, auction house tax, shipping, VAT etc etc
  17. Thanks mike, might just have to be very assertive with my request lol, either that or watch them do it
  18. How do you guys go about getting your tyres changed without the garages jacking in the wrong place and damaging the rails underneath? Mine are in pretty good condition and I want to keep it that way but what else can I suggest they do to avoid this happening ? I know rear diff and front crossmember is good but can’t guarantee the garages will do it that way

  20. Do you have an X series? I believe it needs to be calibrated from time to time Iirc (could be really wrong) you have to unplug it and run it not plugged in to the exhaust and run the setting on the gauge
  21. mine did the same thing after i'd had my battery off for a few days, charged the battery fully, went for a run and it works fine now
  22. personally i'd get yourself a stock speedo instead
  23. I was quite lucky in the fact then when i removed my veilside sills that had been on the car for years, the underneath was just a bit grubby. It had taken the paint off a bit on the sills so i had to have them resprayed. It did have a little surface rust that needed to be treated and removed before spraying because the skirts had rubbed up against the top of the sill, but nothing major at all. You should be able to see really as you open your door. Here are a couple photos if they help you. After cleaning Before Cleaning After Respray
