  1. Just trying to keep the forum active but will happily google them mate will test the sensors first when I figure out how. Could that be to blame for both errors ?
  2. Okay.. so i am completely new to the Auto world and i'm still learning what O/D actually is and what the buttons and selections do. However - with O/D off the light flashes every couple of seconds on the dash. This is partnered with the slip control light being permanently on. I'm going to check the wheel speed sensors when i get a chance, but is there any other thing that may be causing this that i can check at the same time? I thought it could be a dodgy Slip control switch but that doesn't really explain the O/D flashing.. plus with the switch unplugged it still stays on.

Ahh no that’s the facelift one. This one just says slip control off when it’s pressed. The problem is my light is on all the time, and I think the switch is sort of stuck down

    Misc Parts

Hi Phil, thank you but it’s not unfortunately.. it’s similar to the one pictured below. I think the one I have is faulty so was considering trying to replace it.
  7. Thanks guys will check those out, I know Noz but you tell me about so much I drown in it
  8. As per title - is there such a thing? Don't fancy drilling more holes into the bootlid so wondered if there was a big wing that lined up already?
  9. Lovely car! Mileage?? I paid not far off that recently for an aero that needs a lot of work so the price is very fair imo
  10. you know those videos where people put fireworks between their cheeks and light them. Perhaps we need a flare version for the main video of this new forum. Any takers??

    Ultra Marathons

Thats very true.. i find time chasing will just demotivate me, turns it into a bit of a toxic hobby. I was like that with weight lifting, i got obsessed with the numbers that i really started to hate it, and eventually i quit. I do the 5k on about 5:40-5:50 minute per km the 7k i did on about 6:20 minute per km so yeh definitely true about the timings. 6:20 felt good to me but it's certainly on the slower side of things

    Ultra Marathons

I've done a few marathons and about 9 triathlons. Easy work.. if you can run 5k you can run 100k - just keep moving the legs
  15. @Noz has mkivsupra.net set as his homepage.. so not a bad idea
  16. So - am i right in thinking, if you have the active lip, lip ecu, motor, and switch.. you can't just "plug and play" it? YOu need something extra??
  17. One was going on Facebook for 250’the other day but realistically 150 I think

  19. Thanks Jim I take it all the info in that thread still relevant to todays findings?
  20. I'm sure there used to be a thread about service intervals and what fluids to use etc or recommended oils I've been looking for 30 minutes and can't find the thread
  21. Hi All, Don't suppose anyone has a cheap seat laying around that they dont use? It's only going to be used once interiors stripped so that the good seats dont get ruined while going to different body shops Close to hampshire as possible would be a bonus Many thanks Taylor
  22. Chris, is it the airbag or the actual charge/explosive you need?
  23. tayr
