  1. Hi Pete, interested in 3” midpipe, fuel pump & hanger maybe the centre console lid too if not damaged pm me when you get time
  2. As per title anybody got a supra clutch and brake pedal set up for sale rather than me buying new? Thanks
  3. That wiring gives me PTSD
  4. Picked up some Tein coilovers this weekend but won’t fit them just yet. got the exhaust, prop and gearbox out aswell. Wouldn’t hurry to do that again as the exhaust bolts were completely seized and rounded off. I’ve got a whifbitz 3” dual box to go back on when new engine is in. overall took me about 6 hours (2.5 hours battling with the rusted bolts) Next weekend will be removing the Rad, AC condenser and all ac bits. I never even checked if the AC worked but the condenser looks very crispy so I doubt it! Will remove the Intake etc. i take it I can remove the engine with the belts on etc? As the manual shows to remove the waterpump etc which seems a pain.
  5. When mine did this it was fuel pump, changed that and job done can either tow from the back near the exhaust, or on the front in the 2 air inlet scoops left and right, there are tow hooks just behind the bumper iirc
  6. Be interested in the bride rails, strut braces and the k&n 3/4" filter
  7. Hey Peter, will be an r154 in this one, I’m going to tryyyyy (big emphasis on try) to be road legal with it but in honesty it’ll prob just stay as dedicated drift build. I’ve driven to tracks before but I don’t drive as hard because I’ve got to get back haha
  8. Hey Uzzy, what sort of price and i'll certainly consider it? thank you
  9. Morning all, thought i'd document stuff here as it'll be a little easier. Purchased an NA Auto Aerotop with the help of a forum member a few years back that had been sat for a while. I have recently purchased an NA-T Setup from another member on debated whether to use it in my current BMW E36 or have a bit of fun with a Supra. After much deliberation and weighing up the pro's and con's I decided on the supra. So here is the day it was collected It didn't run so i changed the starter motor, fuel filter and pump and managed to get it going. Back then i stripped the carpet out and dyed it, as it was covered in dog hairs and a big dog turd underneath the drivers seat.. nice.. It's still out of the car so i'm having to move it by sitting on the floor. Spent best part of 4 hours yesterday moving cars about trying to get it out of the unit, whipped the battery on and fired straight up. As you can see, it's a little crusty on the rear air inlet and the Sills. i have purchased some replacement bits from Nash which should just be a straight cut out, treat and weld job (Hopefully). Looks ok from 10ft.. Anyway, here is the NA-T i collected a couple weeks back. It's a non VVTi Engine with Whifbitz NA-T kit, NA oil pump, Link G4x Supralink ECU, Clevite Big end bearings. I believe the bottom end was rebuilt when the kit went in. The Dyno graph was showing around 420hp at 0.5 bar which is more than plenty for the kind of drifting i'll be using it for at this time. My next immediate plans will be as follows; Remove current Engine and Auto gearbox Spray inside Engine Bay and clean up any rusty bits.
  10. Going to get a head start and get some cam cover gaskets as it's weeping and new plugs. Any plug recommendations?
  11. Any bolts ins stowed away?
  12. Thanks mate I think as it will be used for drifting probably not the best thing to have. Will look up how to remove it tomorrow. Thanks again
  13. Will it feel like a lack of power momentarily? Annoyingly potentially at a sh!t spot in the rev range
  14. Thanks mate, yeh i know nothing about dynos really but it didn't make alot of sense to me. I can't see any note of uprated injectors anywhere though so i'm not 100% sure Reckon it's worth going FFIM at same time?
  15. Hey everyone - hope all is well. Recently picked up an NA-T Non VVTi setup. (I am a complete single turbo / NA-T Virgin so gather info.) I believe the engine had a bottom end rebuild by whifbitz a few years back, and has clevite Big end bearings. It has been tuned to a 2.5" exhaust so will prob go with whifbitz 3" setup now and get re-tuned. Or would i be better off sticking with 2.5"? Only thing i don't like is going 3" DP into 2.5" midpipe. From what i can gather so far, it's standard over the top Intake manifold, whifbitz exhaust mani with turbosmart wastegate, 3" downpipe, screamer pipe, stock injectors and coils. Aeromotive FPR, Link ECU and 3 bar map sensor, NA Oil pump. Basically the full whifbitz NA-T setup c/w Side mount intercooler. Aftermarket oil cooler, HKS BOV. https://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/garage-whifbitz-na-t-supra-turbo-kit/ So the engine is currently on the stands but will be used for drifting so quite alot of mid-high rev range action in short bursts, can you guys recommend anything to do while it's out of the car? No, i don't want to forge it.. (yet anyway) but i've heard that changing to GTE Headgasket might be a good idea and not sure if anything else will be worth doing before it goes back in? Obviously i'm mindful that it's stock block so don't want to overdo it by adding uprated injectors, coils etc as i think 420hp is more than plenty for the use i'll get In regards to the screamer pipe, i think it's going to be an issue potentially for noise limits, what's best option in regards to this?
  16. If it's a genuine one then you might find someone whos willing to pay a bit more, just depends
  17. in that condition probably next to nothing. Would cost a couple hundred to fix that bumper and they're only worth about £100 to the right person on a good day
  18. Option 1 as long as done right
  19. As attached - cheap as possible close to southampton/portsmouth be great
  20. Hi Steve, would be interested in this as wanting to do a manual swap
  21. pretty cool engineering there
  22. When i wanted to do something similar i also spent ages looking - kept going between arancio atlas mica and arancio ishtar but once Craig said the colour (cannot remember what it was now) i stopped bothering as no point unless its right
  23. Hi All, Likely going to be needing some bits for a manual swap soon. Looking towards the 420g route. So if anyone has some bits or kit laying around for this swap please let me know thanks
  24. You probably have this covered already but it was only recently Craig Lieberman gave the actual paint colour over. Cant remember exactly which one it was but before people were guessing the colour so it’s worth watching back the just driven videos to find where he announces it
  25. tayr
