  1. I got mine from Here. Not sure how brexit affects it now though https://www.lipmycar.bg/index.php?route=product/product&path=83_90&product_id=88
  2. THat looks really smart! out of interest what are you having done to the diff?
  3. Gotta make her prime for the next brother
  4. I think I would if I knew eventually I could return it to stock. Not sure I’d sell my parts though.. you will know the plans as soon as I do, just want to get it back together first
  5. I’ve felt a very similar way about the aerotop I’ve got. My head was telling me to keep it stock and make a nice clean oem build. But as a kid my dream was to own a kitted supra. Some of the kits (although overdone) actually look really smart and I do feel with everybody wanting the stock look, that bodykits will come back round again for some more uniqueness. I could be wrong but who knows. Either way I’d always buy a car on condition. I’ve seen some awful “stock” cars and some beautifully looked after kitted cars. I know which I’d buy.
  6. Thanks mate - i know it sounds daft but there was more than one connection for it. I had left a couple little things unplugged as i wasn't sure where they connected to and didnt want to cause a short somewhere. In the end i looked through a wiring diagram that Izaak sent through and managed to plug in the correct wire to each other. From memory there are two feeds to the switch.. Anyway all good now
  7. Cars looking incredible! Sorry to hear about the issues. I’m sure SRD will have it sorted in no time!
  8. Little Update since last time! Got the rear bumper, lights, aerial, fuel door and 3rd brake light all in place. Noticed that A couple of the small LEDs in the brake light have stopped working so probably need to figure that out or buy a new one. Noticed a little straggler which I can’t remove.. Then I put the outer door seals back on, the drip channels and The spoiler then came back off ready for glass to go in. Glass was then re-bonded on Monday. On Saturday I refitted the rear quarter seal and front A pillar seal brackets, and passenger door handle. I also had some bonnet catches made in stainless as mine were missing when I bought bonnet. I made some more to sell incase anybody is missing some. On Sunday I set to work on doing a couple little bits, these included diagnosing why my drivers window wouldn’t go up (2 hours!), fitting the drivers door lock and handle, fitting rear aerotop seal, front aerotop seal, sorting side skirt clips, installing wiper motor, Here is where it’s currently at.. don’t worry the wheels will be changed just not sure what to yet. That’s all for now - will get the side repeater indicators, front bonnet mesh and rain guards, front wipers painted and fitted, aero roof seals done and wheel arch linings on in the next couple weekends.
  9. Thanks Ric, have done as per the thread and used a butyl sealant and checked the seals, they were in good condition but I replaced the sticky tabs top and bottom
  10. Oh nice ok, so you don’t need to apply sealant all the way across the whole length?
  11. Forgot to ask.. did you replace your front and rear aero seals too? If so did you bond the seals to the bodywork with a butyl sealant or just use the screws to hold it down?
  12. Don’t tell me that I really don’t wanna spend any more money
  13. Mine currently has millers millermatic but going to go back to oem next time round
  14. I have a mate who might want these. I’ll PM him edit: he’s after 17s sorry!
  15. coming round to doing this now. The rear drainage, is it right that it runs straight into the rear air inlet part right in the back corner or should it be running somewhere else?
  16. unfortunately theft at ports getting a lot more common now.. out of interest what was it that was missing? Some of these items are rare now and don't come up for sale often so easier to track down maybe
  17. Hi All, Put my doors back on after a respray and plugged everything in, now the drivers side window won't go up or down. The passenger side on the same switch works fine. I am not sure which wire it is but there is no obvious pinching or fraying, and it worked fine before the doors came off. There are a couple small speaker wires i think that i haven't plugged back in, mainly because i'm not sure which goes to what yet but i don't think that would effect anything? Anybody had similar? I tried a new switch and still the same, passenger window fine, drivers one not.
  18. Lifetime membership should definitely return

  20. Thanks mate, just need to get the dash all cleaned up nicely as you can't get to it once the glass is in. I think it will be complete before i know it, will leave interior out for a bit though until i get all my future proofing done (i.e. running speaker wires, reverse camera wires etc) as it's a pain to take it out again. Paint is good, i'm happy with it - will never be as good as OEM but they've done a good job. Need to get a couple little niggles taken care of then it will be perfect.
  21. So picked the car up on Friday and started putting some bits back together. I've booked the glass to go back in on the 18th of this month Firstly, i put the freshly painted crash bar back in, threaded the light wiring back through and got the rear hatch and struts back in place. After this i got the TRD Spoiler mounted and put the rear toyota badge on along with the de-wiper bung After this i fit the aerocatches on the front for extra safety. After this i cut and threaded the rear reversing camera so i wouldn't have to muck around later Then it was time to put the freshly painted exhaust shields, exhaust hanger bracket and rear tow hook back on. That's it as of today. I plan to get the rear bumper, rear lights, fuel cap, third brake light, aerial, door handles and wing mirrors fitted at the weekend coming up ready for glass to go back in on monday.
