Already been! Went to Hong Kong, then toured the North and South Island of New Zealand, then went to Vegas, then LA and home Off to Tallinn in Estonia for a long weekend with the boys in 2 weeks

Exactly the same here. Mate just resigned they said can we not offer him more money he still walked. So I walked into the bosses office and said I was leaving too unless they gave me more cash and Microsoft Certification - they crapped themselves and said I couldn't leave as I was classed as essential staff - so my pay review is under way Only way these days is to threaten

Yeah - you look at the ashtray stick on bit and it just doesn't work with the rest around it - if the dash were sprayed or came like that it would all blend together - plus the upper dash panel wouldn't have been left black. Soryy mate but I think that looks cheap and nasty (despite the cost! coz its cheaper to do it yourself!).

The stick on kits never look like the proper dash anyway IMHO. Better to spend a bit of time and do it properly by removing the dash and respraying.....

Twin turbos have to run manual. Single turbos should too - the response in auto is crap, I tried it.
