    Sky Hd

And its not everything HD either, only certain channels, I think I'll be waiting a fair while yet before I bother.................
  2. Its a very different kind of drive, but IMHO you won't regret it
  3. I had a classic 1999 Uk Turbo impreza. You can get away with a lot more in it, but the Supe was much better!
  4. As above I have a Senseo too and its great. Takes no time at all to make, plenty of coffee's available and it makes a lovely cup Mug fits under no problem and cleaning is pretty much just a rinse of the pod holder - piece of cake
  5. Me too! Check them every couple of weeks or monthly at a minimum.
  6. Not so as I said in post above. There have been leaps and bounds in quality and reliability in the last 2 years over the early plasma screens. Quality of LCD on the smaller screens is better but lots of screens become suspect over 42" as said. The average lifetime of plasma now is around 40-60 thousand hours. The amount of viewing I do means it should last me around 10 years, which is way long enough to have any TV and you'd want to be upgrading by then anyway..... And if anyone was gonna say - no they do not need "re-gassing" another of the big misconceptions! Seriously folks this type of stuff is discussed extensively on Avforums. Its one of the best forums of its type, there is LOTS to read but its worth it. Quoshes a lot of "rumours".
  7. The general consensus on avforums seems to be that over 42" LCD still doesn't cut it against a decent plasma so stick to plasma, but under that the LCD is as good as if not a smidgen better.
  8. Mine fires up in seconds..........
  9. I had Falkens on my GTR when I got it and I was surprised that they weren't half bad for a budget tyre. Still not up to F1's, but not that bad!
  10. Not likely mate, only a couple of pounds worth in there!!!
  11. I did that at 18 - went from 15st to 10.5st! Just watched what I ate and cut out all the crap, learned to read food labels and avoid the garbage. Got off sweets and rarely eat them now. Balanced out around 12 now, though not after xmas so into brisk walks at lunch, no more crappy food and out on the MTB twice a week. Should soon sort it all out
  12. Amen to DVD! How compressed
  13. Alot of the stats mean nothing. I have a Panasonic PWD6 which is only an SD panel, but the quality of the screen is so good (compared to others in its class, which which would supposedly claim higher specs) its barely different from an HD panel running 720p HD, in fact you'd struggle to tell at all. The most important thing about buying this sort of kit is to not rush into it and do plenty of homework. You'll find pretty much all you need on av forums but you'll need to do a fair bit of reading! I did and thats why I ended up with the screen I have!
  14. Thats the one!!! One of THE best screens out there at the moment
  15. Neither - I'd only buy Panasonic or Pioneer, the best screens out there at the moment. Slightly more expensive but worth every penny.... Have a looky over on http://www.avforums.com
  16. Likes his scoobs then! Oh and some totty too
  17. Even at this time of year a dry road is still a really greasy road from all the shit put down to stop them icing over. Needs a good spell of rain to clear it all away.
  18. Holy feck batman - thread ressurrection! But bummer though dude..............
