  1. zaheer0027 I'd rather send them locally... If for some reason no one takes them...I might consider. Sheefa You have PM.
  2. Just picked up another set of OEM JDM Spats so this set I'm selling. These are genuine Toyota plastic Spats in 199 Silver. Will need repainting, the usual stone chips/scrapes. No cracks or dents but someone has hacked at where the top screw goes and some of the holes are over sized. Looking for £50 will have to check postage cost... But for now many photos below: http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/7056767_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/8440240_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/9550747_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/7766796_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/7083522_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/4923776_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/2988220_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/330813_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/1541705_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/2806931_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/1842069_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/649182_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/6034217_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/6308223_orig.jpg http://myfilehost.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/9/3/12937251/9144412_orig.jpg

  11. I'll take the OEM Spats if still available, message sent.
  12. Wow a lot of interesting views! Both really are a tough choice...thing is I want a UK Spec TT6 in Red...but these are really really rare. I just can't look at any other color and be happy with it...I don't know, for me is HAS to be red... So my choice is 6K-7K for UK TT Auto Red which come up a lot...I have see many recently or the rarer 10-15K UK TT6 but chances are one won't come up in Red for a long long time. The cheaper way sure seems like the conversion...but sourcing the parts and installing is enough to put you off! But a good paint job won't be cheap ether, if you want to do it right plus I have no 'Pay N Spray' in my area! lol Question about conversion: Does stuff like MPG get affected by doing the conversion? I had a glance at the guide and it really doesn't look easy...there's obviously some key parts that need changing and modifying. Also can the JDM TT6 parts be used to complete the conversion instead of UK TT6? You know, because JDM's are more available. And finally if your hands on is it possible to complete the conversion and have a TT6 that performs like an original TT6? I'm just considering my options at the moment...but it's true I never tried either Supra so Auto may not be the end of the world...still packing 320+BHP!!
  13. Ha Ha no! The car will be perfect perfect in every way except the above mentioned..I see you you like white and you have a choice of Auto or 6 Speed!
  14. Just added a poll...interested to see what you guys think!
  15. Here is a question that is bugging me... If you found a Supra that was perfect*...Dream = TT6 and in the Color you want...* but a little twist, if the color is right the transmission is Auto only and if it's a 6 Speed you hate the color, oh and btw you hate Auto!! Scenario 1 It's a TT6 but in the wrong color, that you cannot stand. Solution: Complete respray in a color of your choice, we're not talking custom colors but 'original/oem' finish. Scenario 2 It's a TT Auto but in the color you desire. Solution: Auto to 6 Speed conversion. Basically it's 6 Speed or color, you can't have both, which Scenario would you choose?
  16. Guys, thanks for all your amazing answers and suggestions I have never had a warmer welcome than this! The car I am looking at is exactly what I want features/spec wise and almost stock but has a Single Turbo setup with a little more power over stock TT (actually a BPU TT could achieve the same...) and I can actually afford it. Trouble is I though about a TT6 but I really want one now as I can't bare to wait any longer!! Besides by the time I upgrade it to a TT6 say it will cost about as much as they cost anyway but at least I will get to work on the car and spread the cost and make it more affordable to do and hopefully find any issue along the way, you always do! lol PITA yes but I don't mind as long as I can find all the relevant info and parts. If and once I get the car I will post pic ect... Thanks again
  17. Mk4Gaz , how much would you be looking for the TT setup?
  18. Wow I seem to have started something here! Guys, unfortunately I don't own a Supra yet but I am working on it. No, it's something I always wondered but nerve found being discussed, NA-T yes, TT to Single Turbo yes, Auto to 6 Speed, 2JZ-GE to 2JZ-GTE but restoring TT not really it's ether super easy or no one does it! Say I get a Single turbo Supra, since there is a lot of them around and I want to go back to TT, is it a case of buying the whole TT setup and sticking it back in or does it require some set up? The word I'm looking for is blot on? I never really messed with turbos but I'm hands on, I did my MR2 clutch, SMIC and many other fun things haha if it counts!!
  19. I can't seem to find anything on this topic. All I can find is tt vs single turbo. Is restoring a Single Turbo Conversion to TT a straightforward job? Say I found an original Supra but it is a Single Turbo Conversion what would I be looking at to restore it to a TT? Thanks
  20. Been on this forum for a little bit, mostly reading about Supras as I have wanted one for many, many years now. I first fell in love with the car in the late 90's after playing the original Need For Speed as a kid so well before The Fast And The Furious movies. I have a Rev3 MR2 Turbo and now looking at a Supra to add to my collection. Hope to pick one up soon and finally be an owner of a MK4 Supra.
