  1. Doesn't seem to respond to emails or pick up the phone.
  2. They seem to have a few things I can't get anywhere else, are they reliable? I'm aware of shipping/import charges, just wanna know if it's safe to go ahead with the order?
  3. Double sided tape will stick to anything tho
  4. Thanks, makes sense why there's such a gap! Still in production, which is lucky.
  5. Assembling the air box after a timing belt change and noticed the front securing mount point, there's actually no where to secure it to. What happened here, did someone hack something off in the past? There's just space behind it. Also does that loom look okay? It just has PVC tape around it.
  6. My bad, 17345-46090 appears on 1993-2002 JDM cars only but still...I was gonna mention VVTI but it appears on pre VVTI cars too. And yes 17345-46040/17345-46050 appears on both JDM, US and EUR for the entire run of the specific spec and the illustrations are identical (3 tabs sticking out). 17345-46040 would be the 'right' P/N for my one. They had computer issues that morning so I was told to order using the online checkout, this is the only one they had and it didn't mention VVTI or anything weird so I assumed it would fit fine.
  7. It stands for Big Green Book lol it's what we MR2 owners called it!
  8. As my original top intercooler pipe is very tired and blistered I though I'd splash out on a new OEM pipe. When I took it out of it's bag I noticed they were not even close...my original pipe is way longer. So I didn't bother trying it on as it just looks way too short and I may have to return it. But costing almost 200, I'm kinda annoyed as I don't know if they will take it back now as I had it out of it's bag... It does appear on 1993-2002 cars, P/N is on both JDM and EUR cars. Unless I'm missing something? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  9. Yeah, the BGB doesn't really say anything about this...unless I missed it. Just before installing the fan belt, the 3 lines on tensioner were over to the left of the main line (on the engine) so it's definitely a good sign and should be tensioned right. But it's good to hear what others think...with me doing this for the first time.
  10. Just finished up the timing/fan belt change. Reused the fan belt tensioner and this is how it's sitting. What do these marks actually mean? I assume it's all good as the tensioner was almost touching the PAS pulley so I had to twist it CW to get the belt on and now it's sitting around those marks so it must be tensioned correcly.
  11. the one under the dash - driver's side
  12. I have a 300 N·m torque wrench but the bolt requires around 324 N·m... Will this be enough if I also give it an extra pull past the click?
  13. Does anyone know of a place that sells these exact type in stainless steel, to preserve the OEM look? Took out a bunch today with vise grips so need to replace them as they are no use. I'd like to replace them with something that will not disintegrate after a few years. Could someone confirm the size (No) of these screws?
  14. Crank pulley, timing belt, aux belt and WP are 25K ago, just been a while.
  15. Seeing some say 'Toyota V160 Supra 6 Speed Gearbox Oil' is the only oil you should ever use in a V160. I picked up some Fuchs TITAN ATF 4400 a while back (due to availability and price of V160 oil) and just been topping it up as I've had a weep coming from my V160 ever since I got it. I plan to get it done just don't know when... I'm just having second thoughts as some mention seal swell and I really wanna minimize that if possible. FAQ mentions ATF 4400 for a 4 speed but not 6 speed...it was combined searches that kinda led me to get ATF 4400... But is it still considered perfectly save for a V160?
  16. I have access to the pulleys and the belt that came off had no wear or damage, it was done a while ago too. But the pulleys have an indented surface on the groves. Not sharp, just very tired/fretted. Anyone else running their pulleys in this condition? ?
  17. Thanks for the info, definitely wise to keep a spare. It's crazy the hoops we Supra owners have to jump thru to get stuff LOL
  18. On a side note, the condenser assy (AC rad) are they pretty much EOL just like all the piping? I still have AC in mine but the rad is crumbling.
  19. Yeah, me too, really wouldn't want to MacGyver one...thanks for confirming about the welds.
  20. Yeah, I just didn't think they'd be available still...truly shocked, f**cking awesome I need to get one ASAP then. Do these just bolt on?
  21. Just took the rad out and the frame is like a rusty relic and I poked a few holes in it too... Does anyone supply these, like Keron supplies the impact bars? Or is it just a case of making your own?
