  1. Fair play to you for sticking with it Niall, I'd have had a meltdown long ago. Will be great to see it rolling Might get to hear that drager if you still have it fitted?
  2. Gutted sure but surely you don't need to be a mechanical genius to work out that radiator hose is not going to cut the mustard as a turbo oil drain, I'd have murdered him!!
  3. I remember you telling me about this on whatsapp, I bet you were livid!!

    Summer Meets

Anything planned for down this way? I know you Cardiff boys probably meet quite regularly but anything planned for Swansea-ish area? Supra is a bit of a dog atm, needs a bit of bodywork doing so I dont want to be the turd of the pack but I'd like to get involved if anyone will have me?!
  5. They'll have a cheeky peek under the covers if its in a public street I'm sure!
  6. Don't worry mate, it was 'only' an NA
  7. Had the exact same problem with mine, I was fearing having to post them back to China but I connected them the wrong way round and bingo! Still going strong
  8. And everyone lived happily ever after. The only thing that died a death in this whole story is MVPs reputation. Funny how you couldn't refund him for months and months and within a week of this thread it's miraculously done?
  9. Fair play to you for having a supra at 17! I wish I could have afforded that, I know the local corsa/clio boys around here would've been jealous as hell. Looks like a nice one too, who cares about it being an NA. Will be a right bitch to insure I can tell you that much. Welcome to the club
  10. Was it standard green or different? Don't think the owner is on here, he's from glynneath afaik
  11. Street Fighter IV is the latest arcade machine but I think Street Fighter 2 is the most common. Might struggle to find an SF IV machine
  12. Check these out then mate: https://www.libertygames.co.uk/store/video_arcade_machines/driving_arcade_machines/
  13. Sega rally! Bust that lancia delta out!
  14. Many ways this refund could have been done by now, no legitimate excuse for not sorting it out IMO. Why are MVP still allowed on here? This is a farce!
  15. I think it's just me but I'm really conscious that I'm driving a 21/22 year old car, although it hasnt hit 100k miles yet (close, 96ish) I just figure some of these suspension parts are going to be worn out, it's spent 14 years of it's life in the UK. Its been looked after to a decent standard but not much has been done to it for a while by the looks of things (in terms of replacing/upgrading parts) although it has always been regularly serviced and it had a major service at Whifbitz when I first purchased. I think I'll be close to having to change the belts soon, pulleys are looking a little worn too. They are well built but I want to keep this car for the long term and figure replacing this type of stuff is much more important to keeping it nice in the long term, it will be pricey but worth it to feel the difference and be close to the brand new driving feel. Chris I will be in touch at some point in the future for new shocks!
  16. I was never a massive fan of top gear, every episode was just about driving cars i'd never afford in my lifetime
  17. Just incase anyone is curious, I priced up with Mr T For the 2 light assemblies and the extra harness as recommended, £175.93. They can only do 10% on most non-service parts so its about £158 with the discount applied.
  18. Great stuff, cheers guys. I will get a price from Mr T in a few
  19. So is there a part number for the OEM ones?
  20. If they are genuine Toyota though, surely there must be a part number for them? Or are they just not produced anymore?
  21. Hello, Just a question about Facelift indicators, can someone explain to me why I can get a set off eBay for £40 posted or I can buy some from whifbitz for £140? Whifbitz: http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/toyota-845.html eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=121533149146&alt=web What's the difference? Genuine Toyota vs copies?
  22. Since when is anything cheap on a supra if it's worth doing? Lol I know how much it is going to cost, the supra will be garaged for the next year or two whilst I slowly start to replace bits
  23. Good to know mate, thanks! I might be able to offload my old calipers to someone who can fix them up (I'll assess the condition and take a few pictures, maybe you guys can help me out) and offset some of the costs of new ones. My local Toyota does me a cracking deal on parts, I get a straight 20% discount on everything so might not be too pricey! I know the UK pads are fairly cheap.
  24. Thanks for all this info lads, I was planning on leaving the suspension arms till the last due to the expense but I might just start stockpiling parts from Mr T and do the whole lot over the course of a few weekends if its going to be better to get the whole lot done at once. I can feel the front judder under braking and it's pulling left (drivers side caliper possibly seized?) so I was going to replace the discs and pads for OEM UK, picking the discs up tomorrow. Is it possible to refurb the caliper completely or does it get to a point where it's too fecked?
