    W58 or R154 box

Great, shoot me a PM when it's available. Also, bump
  2. Cool car, I always wanted a mk1 or mk2. Looks like it'll be a nice long project for you with all that neglect. Best of luck.
  3. Realistically yes, but I guess it depends on my situation in the future. I don't think I'll be able to daily it 20 years from now if the scarcity and cost of parts keeps going up. And my house only has room for 1 car. If I move to somewhere with a garage I can see myself keeping it indefinitely. Mine's only an NA so not worth stupid money but there's also the worry of thievery/damages in the back of my mind too because the insurance will probably give me 50p if it gets destroyed. I sometimes think life would be easier with something less cool.

    EML Help

I found a pic of the spoiler plug. You could try checking for diagnostic codes to see if anything comes up:

Underneath of where? If it's the driver's side near the front it could be the active spoiler plug, from memory it's roughly that shape.
  6. Still looking for a gearbox. Drop me a PM if you have anything.
  7. I don't think vaccines should be compulsory for anyone. For younger people with no health conditions there is basically zero risk from coronavirus and anyone at risk in this country should have already been vaccinated. If they haven't been, that's their problem. My concern is the current focus on case numbers to keep restrictions, despite the fact that the only people who are currently dying with coronavirus in this country are not fully vaccinated or were on death's door anyway. Can't wait for influenza lockdowns in winter.
  8. Should be OK as long as they're not old and hard. I replaced mine in 2017 or so and they still seal fine even though I took them off again a couple of times since then.
  9. Check this thread, someone else found some from China which seem to work.
  10. On the bright side nobody likes Tony Blair so hopefully the fact that he's pushing for authoritarian China-esque nonsense will reduce support for it among the general public.
  11. Funny we have news like this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-57320320 on the same day that the so-called scientist doom mongers push for more restrictions and squawk to the media about 4th waves. Pre-vaccinations I could understand, but now that all the vulnerable groups have been offered vaccines it's all getting a bit tiresome.
  12. Looks like 92 to me, I tried reducing the noise and sharpening it but I'm not an editing wizard by any means. I can't get anything meaningful on the numberplate, there's not enough data in the overexposed parts.
  13. If it rolls back over to 0 you can sell it as a 0 mileage supra for a million pounds.
  14. Buy it for me for my birthday?
  15. Depends on the car. Mine is missing the interior loom wiring but has the engine bay plug. Some peoples have all the plugs. Why are some cars different than others? I do not know. It's probably worth checking before you go and buy a whole setup though.
  16. Nice garage, my car is jealous.
  17. All the plastic trim, but that serves to trap water and grit which helps the car to rust so it still counts. Half of the front subframe is aluminium. So are the gearbox castings.
  18. I got some stuff from Amayama a couple of weeks ago, it took 3 days to get here from Japan! That's the fastest it's ever been for me.
  19. Because I don't like how they look on the front of the car and the yanks get to remove theirs. Subjective opinion, like the OP asked for.
  20. The bonnet scoop and active spoiler are the two best looking optional extras IMO, which both came on the UK. I prefer the bumper mounted side repeaters though. Be great if we could legally remove our stupid tacked-on front numberplates as well.
  21. Just under 6 for me I think. I haven't done as much with it as I wanted to, but no rush.
  22. Awesome, that'd save a lot of money on new arms.
  23. The one that goes under the inlet manifold runners is a 13627791951 in standard part codes. Toyota's official part number is 89422-20010 if you want to spend more.
