  1. As above, I've ruined my hinges from using gas struts on the bonnet. Also need rear lights with no broken screw holes (the one with the keyhole specifically but some people prefer to sell in pairs).
  2. I wish whifbitz still did heated ones!
  3. How much is shipping to UK?

    Latest pc problem

I put all my emails into Thunderbird, that way I don't have to go on the websites to check them. The Hotmail website especially has become a pile of trash and almost freezes my PC when I visit it.
  5. Hi, my viscous fan is no longer viscous so I'm in need of the fan clutch mechanism. If you have a fan to go with it I'll buy that too. Does anyone have anything?

The problem is our succession of puppet governments making promises they won't ever have to face up to. It's not their problem if it happens after they've been voted out. I'm just surprised they're extending it so soon.
  7. Just pulled these off my car. The passengers is in very rough shape and the foam has perished but the driver's might be usable - the yellow foam is OK but the vinyl has just started to tear along where the door pocket goes so it might be repairable. Free to collect from Royston SG8 before I put them in the bin.
  8. A red Supra with a body kit at the petrol pumps. The first one I've seen out and about this year.
  9. https://www.shoarmateam.nl/content/mkiv-supra-tsrm/ Any good?
  10. They're about £40 per side brand new (not including shipping) for reference, so I reckon £40 for a pair of shagged second hand ones is a fine price.
  11. Would you mind sending a pic of the NA exhaust? Does it have both cats? I won't be down that way for a couple of months but I'd like a fresh one for MOTs if you're not in a rush to get rid of it.
  12. https://www.balljointboots.co.uk/ball-joint-boots.html I think I used these ones, but they only lasted a couple of years.
  13. Does anyone have a recommendation for a seat cover for standard cloth seats? I use my car a lot and I want to try and minimise wear/filth on the nice fresh seats I got. I'm looking on google but all I'm finding is full-on retrim kits or extremely naff looking ones.
  14. Pictures album: https://imgur.com/a/d45fwjB My old seats, they're in fairly poor shape so might only really be suitable for retrimming or for harvesting the rails/motor etc. Driver's side: Material is quite worn on the ass section and bolsters, small rip in the right-hand side bolster stitching, filthy (I never noticed how bad it was in the car!), missing the big 2-pin connector underneath for the electronic adjustment because I had to put it on the replacement seats. The motor worked just fine when removed. Passenger's side: Small scuff on the left-hand bolster, a spring fell off the bottom (IDK where it goes) but the back/forward lever still works fine, the pocket on the back is a little stretched out. Rear lower: Pretty good, see pics. Rear upper: The knob to collapse it down has stretched and doesn't go back down into the hole on its own, and the wooden back is a bit water damaged. Some scuffing on the top but it might clean up OK. Removed from a 1997 car. I would prefer to sell them as a set. Located in Royston near Cambridge, collection only. Looking for £70 or open to offers.
  15. I got NGK ones, the kit is NGK 2816. No complaints but mine is still a standard NA. (Except mine are blue which is very ugly). Toyota ones are part number 90919-21521. This site seems cheapest but I haven't used it personally: https://www.yam6carparts.co.uk/genuine-toyota-ignition-cord-set-coil--spark-90919-21521-9091921521-2069-p.asp
  16. I'm not 100% sure 20mm will fit, measuring is hard.
  17. I didn't think insurance used genuine toyota windscreens, so maybe someone does them already? See https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/184146518296 for example, there's no way it's Toyota for that price.
  18. Alright, I managed to get the ends off after leaving them in Plusgas overnight so courier should be OK now. I still can't get the nuts though I'll await your message later.
  19. I have this one from my car removed at 250,000km, it felt OK to me when driving but has a bad leak which obviously doesn't really matter if you're refurbing it. The trouble is I cannot get the bloody track rod ends off it and it's too long for the courier with them. Are you replacing the part of the rack that they thread onto? If so I could cut through it just above the rubber boots and it should be OK. Let me know what you think.
  20. yeah I bought one from Amayama last month, it was about £1100 not including shipping. Probably worth it if it lasts 25 years like the old one.
  21. The refurbed steering rack looks great, they're quite pricey to buy new from Toyota.
  22. There's a mesh screen inside the reservoir which could be blocked which is worth a look.
  23. There's a part number on the circuit board which is 619431-0050. I found the following which might help: Remote Door Lock Release Body Set (Key FOB) 08190-00210 Remote Door Lock Release Transmitter (Key FOB) 08192-00210 Remote Door Lock Release Body Set (Separate FOB) 08190-00200 Remote Door Lock Release Transmitter (Separate FOB) 08192-00200 Remote Door Lock Release Wiring 08191-14040 Remote Door Lock Release Wiring (Post-Facelift) 08191-14050 https://jza80.de/worldwide-supra-jza80-accessory-list
