For sale is a Syltech IACV for a 2JZ GTE pre vvti. I bought this new around 6 months ago from Australia to fit my link thunder ecu. This is ideal if your struggling for auxiliary outputs as this is a 2 wire valve not the stock 6 or even 4 wire ones. This will only fit the 2JZ GTE. It comes with the adapter plate and gasket but you will need to use the stock rubber check valve and rubber washer, that’s on the standard valve. I was using this on the link but can be used for any other aftermarket ecu ( aem, syvecs,motec, etc). The only reason I’m selling this is that I’ve converted to electronic throttle body so this is no longer required. This cost me £150 to import from Oz so looking for £75 delivered to mainland UK. Any questions feel free to ask.

For sale is a Whifbitz DBW throttle adapter and pedalThis bolts on to the pre vvti intake and that allows you to use a Bosch 0280759474 throttle body for drive by wire. This will not work on vvti cars and the adapter is the only thing for sale. This is brand new, never been fitted, just needed it to get dimensions. These go for £216 plus the £11 postage. Also for sale is a brand new sc430 pedal assembly £240 from whifbitz.I’m after £360 that includes delivery to mainland uk. Any questions feel free to ask. I don’t mind drilling and tapping one of the turbos,I take it either one would do. Top hose to boost solenoid, bottom hose to turbo compressor housing. It’s basically how I’ve got the stock twins set up at the moment. Just that with there being no vac line from the turbos and so much conflicting info out there, just totally threw me.

Hi, could really do with some help on this, I’m trying to find some info or instructions on how to plumb the wastegate vacuum lines in. I know there’s no manual in English available but I’ve been looking on tinternet to no avail. I will be running a link thunder ecu with a 3 port solenoid. As there is no vac port on the turbo housing itself do I go and take one from the throttle body or do I tap the turbo housing and take one from there. I’ve looked at the link wastegate plumbing page (attached below). Looks like there’s 2 lines from the inlet side, from what I’ve seen on tinernet getting a bit confused on how to set this up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologise for the bad photo, can’t seem to upload photo from iPhone main camera.

It’s a j-spec with uk turbos, 650cc sards, with a link thunder. Running 400bhp atm. The reason why I was going for the twins was down to budget, got as far as I can with the stock twins

Thanks for the reply’s, even more confused with what to do now, lol. Just got this thing in my head about twin turbos. I’ve got a 5k budget need to get a new clutch with that aswell really, as the trd single plate is pretty much at its limit already. Anybody using a GTX3582 gen2, my tuners trying to sell me one of those.

So the warranty’s not worth the paper it’s written on. Doesn’t suprise me. I had my stock twins rebuilt a few years ago, and fingers crossed they haven’t missed a beat. Why did hks stop making these kits?

Hi all, could do with some advice,feedback. Looking at buying a pair of hks gt2835 turbos one of which is a little smokey, I’m told. I though that’s no biggie must only be a seal or something like that going to be loads of parts available. Here lies the problem been contacting a few of the big turbo refurb companies and there saying that Garret no longer male cores or parts for these turbos. HKS, as usual refuse to answer emails. TurboTechnics who I usually use can’t do the job due to not being able to source parts( understandable). I have spent the last weeks trolling the internet trying to find cores but to no avail, then I get a reply from midland turbo saying they can service for £220 and a full recore for £440 ( plus vat of course ). They come with a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. Last thing I want to happen is spend all the time and money removing the stock twins and installing the new turbos to have them fail and be left in a worse situation due to not being able to source parts for them. I did a search on midland turbo and have found a mixed response, from good to stay away, use cheap parts etc. My questions are: 1, has anybody on the forum used Midland turbo, what was there experience. 2, what a recore actually consists off.(remanufacture of original or replacement) 3, has anyone ever had a successful warranty claim from a failed turbo. I have a link g4+ can-lambda controller for sale. This is brand new, never used or been fitted, only opened to take photos. I purchased this when I bought a link thunder ecu and was told that one of these was required to run with the ecu, but I was misinformed as the thunder ecu has this built into the ecu, so no longer required. The kit comes with everything required, controller, Bosch 4.9 sensor, weld on boss, sensor connector. Looking for £280 with free postage to mainland

Help,Recently purchased a hks afk 3, to go with the vpro. The instructions are so vague I'm having problems with the knock detection. I've been looking over the previous versions setups and I'm pretty sure everything's connected the way it should be. In the previous versions it says how to setup with a vpro but nothing in these, apart from which FCC to use. I've tried to use those settings as well. When I plug my headphones in all I hear is static, I would be holding the revs at 6k but nothing registers, I've set up the knock signal input,knock detection 1 & 2 but surely I would get some knock. Vpro is in piggyback configuration as well. Thanks
