  2. I think it might, if it works and the clocks do too, then i prob wont bother to change them for the manual ones
  3. Nothing yet bud, i'm awaiting some ARP fittings to land for mounting the ITB's Other than that, i will be pulling her apart and getting rid of all the Auto parts ready to go Manual
  4. Do i have to get a manual ECU? Or is there something i can do with the auto one to keep it fitted?
  5. Well that escalated quickly, went from wondering to buying a box and prop in the space of a few hours lol.
  6. Would shims rectify the Caliper to disc issue? Depending on which side is fouling
  7. I know whats involved to get it manual, just unsure whats best lol Can you use an Auto ecu still then? (As you put optional)
  8. I'm sure it has been asked before, but i am looking into going manual ready for when my ITB project is nearing completion, However, do people think it would just be easier to sell the car i have and buy a manual? In a pickle as to what to do.... I have spent a good chunk of money on my car, so to jump ship would mean i have to do it all again, unless i work at putting her back to standard. To convert it to manual seems like a good idea, until i start looking for parts, seem to be getting harder and harder to find... I dunno, what so people think?
  9. Ahh good to know. Is the cat difference the length? Or internals?
  10. Hey all, I am thinking of changing the Exhaust on my NA Auto J-Spec. Just wondering if anyone has fitted a cat back exhaust from a TT model before? If so, was it a straight swap? Or is there more to it? Second question, I have removed the rear seats and seat belts as i have a cage fitted, i have trimmed and refitted the rear interior trim but i dont have the plastic sections for where the seatbelts go. Does anyone sell a blanking plate? or perhaps has them spare? I think they are part of the belt if i remember correctly... See below;
  11. I thought it would be a bit sad, but it turned out well lol
  12. Its slow progress here at the moment and have only managed to get the end branches re welded back on. Need to deck the branches now and the the flange can go on....
  13. Its on, love it! (Sad i know) On another note, the the manifold has gone to welded up. Hopefully it turns out ok lol
  14. Not much of an update really, but i have been waiting all week on my Custom gel boot badge. I had a spare one made too thanks to Dave at DMB Graphics. The text is a metallic grey, similar to the old Supra Badge. It is Japanese and says "Blackbird" Just a personal touch as she has found herself adopting the name Will be fitted tomorrow right before i get a price on the Tig Welding...
  15. I'm interested, will check if the wife is at work n confirm shortly
  16. Trying not to spend too much lol. How much we talking...?
  17. Hi all, I am looking for both Rocker/Valve covers and the Spark Plug Cover from the Non VVTI GTE Engine. Condition doesnt really matter as i will be painting them (providing they arent smashed to pieces) Let me know..!
  18. Sorry for the dumb question, but is it only the plug cover? or does it come with the matching valve covers?
  19. I'd be up for a meet if there is enough notice, need to get out in the old girl before i pull her off the road for my build....
  20. Getting there buddy, good work! Shame you couldnt fire it up though
  21. For Turbo or NA? I have an NA Box with new HKS Airfilter. It is only the box without inlet scoob and pipes?
  22. Today i have focused on lining the 1st and 6th branches up with the flange. I had to cut them off and then grind them at a slight angle to be welded back on... They seem to align much better now, Before; And after;
